Traditional taverns where you can try the most typical tapas of this city. We will make stops in different places to taste the local cuisine.
- Mercado San Miguel - The “Mercado de San Miguel” is the most famous market found today in Madrid. Its visit is a must-see if it is your first time in this city. And if you already know it, it never hurts to visit it again.
- Plaza Mayor - On our tour we will make a stop at Plaza Mayor. The most emblematic Plaza found in Madrid. Here we will talk a little about the importance of this square for the city and its history.
- Calle De Bordadores - Our last restaurant is located on Embroiderers Street very close to Plaza Mayor. There we will taste the latest tapas that we selected for this tour and upon departure we will end the tour.

A lot of great food with history too - An excellent tour of Madrid with a lot of food! Come hungry for sure. The guide was very knowledgeable about Madrid’s history and spoke perfect English. The food stops were all cozy, local joints with great food. We ended up with a private tour, which was extra special.

Highly recommend this tour for good food and knowledgeable guide - My partner and I had a lovely time with our tour guide Sofia, who was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about Madrid and the places we visited. Having read reviews that the good was generous, we had a very light lunch and I think this was the right approach. The food & variety of drinks are excellent - salmorejo is now on our list of recipes to try back home.

Must Do! - We had a wonderful tour guide and would highly recommend this tour for those new to the city. We did this tour our first night in, and it was such a great way to see many of the great sights, learn some of the history, try the local dishes and drinks, and help us plan what to see/eat in our upcoming days.
The drinks and food we tried were absolutely delicious and our tour guide gave us great recommendations for many restaurants and sightseeing.
Treat this tour as a full meal and then some- we had many tapas and the portions were large. This was such a great experience and we felt we had an authentic taste of Spain!

Delicious local experience - Maya was fantastic! She had so much great information and was so kind with our big family group. We loved seeing a part of Madrid that we wouldn’t have gone to on our own. The food was excellent and the portions were huge!

Highly recommend this fun and great experience - Great tour and Mia, our guide, makes it even better! She provides interesting history about the area we walked through and made it very entertaining. The choices of places were great and Mia gave us information on tapas and how they are part of Madrid culture. The actual tapas were fantastic so bring your appetite!

The best way to discover Madrid: a walk through Latina and delicious tapas - We had such a wonderful experience that we will definitely repeat the next time we come to Madrid.
We discovered one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Madrid with Maia, a very nice and attentive guide.... Delicious tapas, amazing local restaurants, walks through the corners of "La Latina" while we learned a bit of history and curiosities of the city. We had a great time!

Great experience! - I thoroughly enjoyed the tour! Being my first time in Madrid, it was nice to get some history and see some castizo spots.
Mia was a fantastic guide with her bubbly energy and knowledge of the the area. She clearly wants to get to know and enjoys meeting people.
I was so full from the high quality tapas only half way through, but of course had to keep trying everything that was put in front of me.
