Wonderful and interactive tour worth every euro spent - Based a 25 minute walk from the Illunion Alcala Norte hotel, my 8YO son and I visited the new stadium and museum on 4 April 2024. While the open passes cost 44 euros including booking fee, my purchase actually proved very good value. From the friendly welcome on entry, we passed through a raised platform of all club legends into the players entrance and obtained a great view of the itch and stadium from the directors' box. We then headed for the dressing room and tunnel towards the pitch and technical areas to channel our inner Simeone. Having absorbed the required courage and heart, we liked the array of jerseys worn by key players during modern times. Best to come was the museum where Conor was welcomed in Atletico Territory with a place on the electronic message board and a permanent record via email. We then spent more than 2 hours marvelling over the club's humble origins, its rise as a combative underdog, all triumphs and disasters towards its current position at European club football's top table. While I loved calling all the club legends to hear about their contributions, the highlight for me was the tale of Fernando Torres whose hard work, commitment and passion probed very uplifting. Conor loved the interactive footballing skills tests too, while I prevailed in the concentration and reflex exercises, his aerial ability and marksmanship proved better). In short, if you want to dig deep into the ethos and purpose of a club which has achieved in a crowded and competitive environment, come here. You will not be disappointed. Finally, I want to thank the stadium team and fellow visitors who had us feel welcome throughout. Even though my team has suffered at Atletico's hands in Europe (6-1 this season), I was very impressed by our gracious and thoughtful hosts who made us feel at home. Want to attend a match next time.

The Beautiful Stadium in the Park - First of all, great area. This is one of the most beautiful stadium locations. It's snap dab in the middle of a park. There are a lot of kids playings, people on bikes and people walking their dog outside. It was a self guided tour. Kids are given an activity sheet that has insufficient for a scavenger hunt around the stadium which was great it really got kids engaged. You pass through a small Atleti museum, player parking lot, upper stands, pitchside, changing room and press room. The whole tour is 30-45 minutes. The gift shop was also great with lots of fun stuff. There is a food stand and restaurant outside stadium. Don't forget to check out upper lever of stadium which you can access from outside (stairs near store entrance).

Atletico Madrid's Civitas Metropolitano: A Must-See for Football Fans - The Civitas Metropolitano is a fantastic stadium! Modern, clean, and with great sightlines, it offers an electric atmosphere, especially during a game. Getting there's easy via metro, and the walk from the station is lively. (For attending a match): I saw Atletico play Athletic Club, and the crowd's energy was incredible! The close match was a night to remember. (For stadium tour): The tour impressed with its look at the facilities and the passionate guide. Restrooms and concessions were clean and easy to find. Food and drinks offered a good selection at reasonable prices. Overall, highly recommend the Civitas Metropolitano for any football fan!

Not where Real Madrid plays! - We booked this thinking it was the stadium that Real Madrid team plays at (that is what we searched in viator) and it is definitely not the correct stadium.
