Interesting history - My family enjoyed the tour: interesting information about each site visited, enough time to walk by ourselves, good transportation. Our tour guide was Rafael and he did a great job - his presentation was entertaining while also informative.

Great way to explore these Spanish gems! - Exploring Segovia and Ávila in a day by public transport would be nearly impossible, so if you're short on time then this tour is perfect! Our guides Maria and Rafa were great, they had us laughing from the moment we boarded the bus and looked after us well throughout the day - could see them checking in and chatting to everyone on the bus, which was nice - especially as we were a very mixed group of at least 40! We booked the option without monuments, which gave us time to explore these gorgeous Spanish cities ourselves. Ávila is very atmospheric and reverent, while Segovia feels grand and boasts an impressive skyline - we booked this tour last minute, but are really glad we did!

Good but suggest better planning - Good tour and very friendly staff ensuring a great experience. Comfortable transportation and good welcome drinks. However, the tour packs a lot for one day. It was simply a rush through Segovia. Better advised just to cover Segovia in a day.

Crowded and rushed. - Group too large. Very crowded and rushed. Would not choose itinerary like this again. Should include defined time for lunch not snack in predetermined spot. No time to shop. Local guides inconsistent.

Going to the gym is cheaper - This is a forced march. After it was over our guide proudly announced we had walked over 12 kilometers. Most of it, truly, uphill. There were a couple of breaks, appreciated, but no time to enjoy anything, take pictures, etc. If what you want is exercise, sign up. If you want to enjoy the cities, may not be for you.

Will not respond to text or phone call - This is unfortunate. As soon as I find other accommodations for tours I Will cancel all schedule tours in the future. I have been a loyal customer for many years. I would not be taking this position unless I feel that the operator is in the wrong. I tried calling the tour operator about 12 minutes before the tour was to start and never had a response from them. If I’ve had a response sooner, I could have made the tour. Regretfully Darrell Thomas.

A horrible tour experience - We are a retired Australian couple aged 68 and 74 who travel abroad at least once a year. The guides on this tour had a tactless, condescending attitude towards us seniors. Little empathy was shown, especially by the male guides throughout the tour. At the end of the tour, no instructions were given by the guides for disembarkation. Naturally, we proceeded to make our way down from the second floor of the bus. Reaching the first floor the senior and oldest male guide berated us for making our way down, deliberately shaming us. We were not alone either. There were local Spanish tourists who went down the stairwell with us and were deliberately insulted as well. This is the first time we’ve been shamed on a tour we paid good money for. Tourists are not mind readers. Unless they are given specific instructions, they will do what they normally do- in this case get off the bus. To be shamed for doing this is clearly out of line. Perhaps the senior male guide has become too old to work in a frontline client service role in the tourism industry. He is quick to lose his cool and takes it out on hapless senior citizens. This is the worst tour experience we’ve ever had. As such, we’ve shared our experience with friends in Australia and the USA on various social media platforms. I share this on trip advisor to advise others NOT to patronise this tour group. There are other tour organisers who can definitely give far better value for your hard earned dollar. The tour company encouraged us to provide feedback on trip advisor. And so I did. My message- avoid this tour.
