Great Tour for First Day in Madrid - The tour is great, in particular if you find a place on the top deck of the bus. You see over a dozen of the major sights of Madrid. The tour guide explains what you are seeing and gives insight into the significance of the sights. This was a tour that I particularly enjoyed.

Citytur big bus Madri - I took the 48h ticket from Big Bus Madrid to see the bus center. The first difference I noticed from other buses is that there is no audioguide, but guides on the bus itself that talk about the monuments, in English and Spanish. I picked up some super cool and fun guides, others not so much. I liked this experience most. The time between the buses was 20min. I did not notice more time than that, however, right in the first hours, 09:30 at 1030, the bus filled up very quickly, then I saw that I did not catch anyone else. I found the circuit nice. Finally, I really liked the experience. Another detail, there are pictures and nuances of the city that we will only get by being there on the bus.

Interesting experience - For the most part, it was good. We had one good tour guide Lion, but it was so hot in that bus we couldn’t wait to get off at the end. They need to add more shade, or fans or something

Useful tool to orient to city. - Decent way to see the city. Better narration than some others of its type. Tour operator willing to be flexible after Viator tried not to be and refused to modify our booking after we couldn't make initial booking.

Check your ticket closely. - I’m sure that this was probably my mistake, but when I booked my ticket, I asked for a 24 hour one and somehow ended up with a 90 minute one. For the amount I paid, it hadn’t occurred to me that I wasn’t getting the hop on hop off option. The ticket guy did offer to upgrade it for me, but I felt that I’d already paid enough and so just did the one circuit. We pretty much followed a bus from another company so I’m guessing that they all follow the same or very similar route.

Don't get on those Anvils! - The trucks do not have air conditioning in a month where it is extremely hot and upstairs there are no covers. Poor of the boys who work for this company since they have to be giving the tour and do not want to talk. This is an injustice to everyone in such a hot month. The competition of the Reds have air and are better qualified. Unfortunately we did not check before purchasing tickets. In short, they are Yonks!
