A wonderful experience - It was an amazing experience! The city has great food and lots of history! Our tour guide was great! The panoramic view of the city was amazing! There’s a zip line you can go on from the medieval bridge.

Good but unpunctual and informal - All good, but punctuality is not his thing. We were delayed leaving and returning. The way of calling out loud to find out if everyone is on board is not correct.

A waste of money - The guide's comments were few, it was not worth the money and it is much cheaper to pay for the bus tickets and go with a brief reading on Wikipedia.
