The highlight of our trip to Madrid! - We had the most incredible time! If you’re looking for a boozy cooking class then this one’s right up your alley. The drinks are endless from the time you walk in up to the final dinner. Chef Vasco and his team were great, they made us feel welcome and really made the whole experience enjoyable & entertaining. We sent them a notice a day before of our food allergies so they made some adjustments to our courses which still came out delicious! After we finished cooking, they brought us down to a beautiful cellar to enjoy our dishes and dessert with everyone and ofcourse more wine! We have nothing but amazing things to say about this experience. They really set the bar with this one.

an incredible experience, very friendly chefs, great wine and food - We had an incredible experience, very friendly chefs! We took a tapas class where we made five different tapas, then enjoyed a delicious meal afterward. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid. My favorite was the stuffed piquillo peppers, and I’ll definitely be making them again!

Fun and great tastes - The class was fun and smooth, the food delicious. The chef and the assistant were really pleasant and attentive and fun. The only thing that I did not appreciate that much is repeating over and over that the role of the cook assistants was to get us drunk. I did not come to the class to get drunk but to learn about spanish cousine and culture a little more.

Worth every penny! - Amazing class that was so much fun! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, plus you get to eat everything you make. If you're still hungry, they also give you a main course at the end. And the wine is truly bottomless - my cup kept being refilled. Everyone in the class was also so friendly and it was an all around great experience. Highly recommend!

A MUST DO experience in Madrid - BEST COOKING CLASS EVER! My husband and I have done several cooking classes before and this was the best experience we’ve ever had. The instructors (our head chef was Vasco) were all extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the food and taught us about tapas from different regions in Spain. The quality of ingredients and the cook stations were fantastic. I appreciated that they pre-chopped the ingredients for you so could spend more time cooking, eating, and drinking. They were very generous with their wine pours which made the night extra fun. The venue where you actually cook and eat was spectacular. After cooking, we ate the main course in a beautiful converted wine cellar and got to chat with other travelers.

This is a must do! - Hands down the best time you’ll have ever! The owners are truly passionate about their concept and making sure you experience the Spanish culture. The food you cook is amazing and the drinks never stop flowing! I loved the first class cooking paella so much, I signed up for this Tapas one! You’ll regret not going!

Enjoy a wonderful, delicious, and informative night out & meet new friends. - I was looking for something fun to do while I was visiting my son in Spain. He was busy with work so I looked up things to do in Madrid and was very happy to see a cooking class being offered in English. I met two wonderful couples and a daughter so it worked out perfect for us to be paired together. The chef was so informative and he made it was fun as we actually made tapas we could eat as we prepared them and enjoyed an bottomless glass of wine. We went downstairs to enjoy ta dish they prepared and a wonderful dessert served with two other wines. I wish I had taken pictures of the bottles of wine served. They were delicious. Very reasonably priced! I would highly recommend this class no matter your age. I purchased a delicious smoked olive oil to take home and two to give my two sons as gifts.

Bumped, canceled, and disappointed - Sad to say we were bumped for a private party. Owner tried to contact us same day as event but we did not get the message and showed up at our reserved time through the Viator booking made weeks in advance. Disappointed that we had no other options as only two days remaining on trip with other excursions booked. Recommend the owner actually look at reservation prior to same day. Claimed Viator should not have booked that day as they had a private event but again they had our reservation for weeks in hand. Left us in a lurch for dinner that night. They were kind enough to offer some cava and a full discount but this was one of the highlights we had planned and left without the experience. Super disappointed. Recommend folks confirm reservations before you leave for the trip directly with owner just in case the same may happen to you.
