A must in Madrid - A must do in Madrid. Dancers were fantastic. Recommend sitting in the back for best view. Everything was smooth. We only got drinks.

Amazing flamenco dancing! - Amazing show featuring authentic and energetic dancers, a singer and musician. All the performers were passionate doing what they do and supporting each other; it was just wonderful to see! Having read some of the reviews, we decided to arrive half an hour before the start time to ensure we got a good seat - we were second in the queue and had an amazing view at the front. The venue is small and there are so many tables and chairs crammed in, but it wasn’t fully booked up when we went (school term time) and it’s decorated beautifully. We didn’t pre-order any food and went purely for the show. If you’re in Madrid, this is definitely something to add to your itinerary.

Flamenco in Madrid - Great show! Please arrive half an hour early to have time to be seated. Our two children enjoyed it very much. The performers were amazing and really engaged with the audience. The singer and the guitar player were extremely talented and the ambiance was amazing.

Beautiful interior, great performers - Loved the interior of where the show was held, it was beautiful and intimate. Drinks came quickly, the sangria was delicious! The performers were incredible, passionate and very good. Would highly recommend!

Great dancing - The dancing was great! Exactly 1 hour long. They sat us right to the side of the stage-and the first few minutes we were concerned because we were placed too closed to the back and we saw only their back. We were entitled to a drink which was never given.

Rough manager - It was disappointing. we made the reservation through the consierge of the Hyatt Centric hotel that is nearby, by the website of Bermejas , we selected a table well located in front of the stage, as we made the reservation 2 days in advance,. When we got there they gave us a table glued at the bottom of the stage, I requested the exchange to the manager or manager who was there, who was extremely rough, exalted speaking out loud to me, said that he had no choice of table, that he had no relationship with the hotel, an unjustifiable free roughness !!!! I then requested the refund of the ticket money, said I would not return. We watched the show receiving dust from the stage with the shoes and sweat sticks from the dancers. The show is pretty short, the people next door who ate, barely managed to finish the food. The dancers are good, the show is good. I'm not coming back.

Viator doesnt deliver what they promise - Viator upsell’d this and we didnt get the service which was promised. In spite of several follow up the case was closed I am going to take this legally as this is a clear breech of customer satisfaction.

bad experience - Unfortunately this company chooses to squeeze the money out of the public. Even though the ticket value is not cheap, they set tables with poor visibility of the stage. We only saw the dancer's back, and we couldn't see the guitarist or singer. We went with my partner and paid admission + drink, because we knew it was not easy to dine in the gloom and also miss the show. Unfortunately we saw nothing. I advise choosing boards that only have bleachers. Too bad to miss this cute show
