Excellent Tour - This was one of the best tours we went on during our trip to Spain. The primary reason is because the guide (Frederico) was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, and managed to keep the entire group engaged with so much history & information. The palace was incredible !

The Royal Palace - Our tour of the Prado was wonderful. Our guide, Frederico, was extremely knowledgeable of the palace and answered all our questions thoroughly. We had a bit of a wait to get into the palace due to circumstances our guide could not change. Frederico filled the wait with lots of details regarding the palace. He was great.

Great your if the Royal Palace - The palace was beautiful and we really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was a lot to see in a short time but he did a good job telling us about it all. Highly recommended this yo others!

Completely worth it - Really enjoyed our guide, Frederico, he had the patience to weave us through the crowds on a local church holiday. We got sandwiched between two not so civic minded groups so we just made the most of it and got a few laughs from them. Pay attention to the meet up point on your reservation. Our guide was kind enough to call everyone about ten minutes before meeting time just to make sure not one was terribly lost. (If you’ve got time, navigate to the meeting spot earlier in the day to be safe!) as other reviews noted people who are late will be left behind. Grateful to have used a guide in lieu of a solo trip as we would have had no idea about the room contents or Frescoes . Completely worth it!

Great tour. Happy to recommend it. Need to train or screen the phone contact people so they know how to assist. - The tour guide, Federico, was great. Loved the experience. However. . . the meeting point for the event was awful and half the people couldn't find the guide. Calling the company phone number connected us to a very unhelpful person who was incapable of directing us. Fortunately it worked out. That's why I deducted one star.
