Visit in French - Very nice visit with our Guide Eva. We were a great group (50 people) but Eva was very available, took the time to answer questions always with a smile! The place is very nice and the explanations complete, I recommend without hesitation!

Fascinating tour - don’t miss it - We booked the private tour of the bullring as we were interested in learning more about the history of Las Ventas and the tradition of bullfighting. We were shown around by Carlos who was an excellent guide and clearly passionate about bullfighting and able to answer any questions we had. The tour comprised of fully going round the bullring which included lots of stories about the fights that had taken place and more, a demonstration of the cape and the different movements used by the bullfighters, a video and an interactive experience where you got to pretend you were fighting a bull. It finished with a tour round the museum which was fascinating with amazing artwork and the most beautiful costumes worn by the bullfighters. We went on the Friday and the fights normally take place on a Sunday so we also seen the horses being unloaded and the bulls which been chosen for the fights. Probably the most interesting thing we did in Madrid thanks to Carlos who made it come alive and was so informative. I still haven’t been to an actual fight and I don’t think I could go but I would highly recommend the tour to learn more about the history and culture behind it.

Excellent & Educational - I did this VIP tour with Esteban. He was very knowledgeable about the subject of bullfighting and he taught me a lot whilst keeping the tour fun. We stopped for photos and simulating bullfighting was a possibility too. I can highly recommend this tour and if you do it ask for Esteban.

Great information. My favorite tour in Madrid. - Loved hearing about the history of bull fighting and Eva did a great job explaining all of the details that are involved in a bullfight event.

Worth the private tour - We are a couple that was on a city break to Madrid. One of us wanted to go to the bull fight whilst the other was not keen. However we both wanted to learn about the history of bull fighting in Madrid and Spain. We booked a private tour, slightly by accident, but we are so pleased we did. We were met by Carlos (Palomo) who very clearly enjoyed sharing knowledge about the bull fighting and Las Ventas. He was happy to answer any questions and the tour is set up very well. It was in fact the highlight of our trip. We would recommend going even if you are not keen on watching the bull fighting itself because the whole theatrics/art of the fighting is still very much prevalent in today’s bull fighting steeped in tradition

Spectacular tour - Emma was our guide. She was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and passionate about bullfighting. We learned so much about the history and rules of the sport. Excellent job, Emma.

More than what we expected! - l had a great time visiting Las Ventas bullring with my wife and teen boys. We enjoyed the personalized tour. Our tour guide, Loan, was very kind and offered to take pictures for us. She answered all our questions and made the tour engaging. We didn't realize how central this monument is to Spanish culture and can appreciate all of its history! Thanks again!
