Awesome experience ride from airport to the hotel - Driver met me at the airport, great communication upon my arrival. He helped with my carry on and bag as well. The car was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this service!!

Great experience - Great car and very friendly and helpful driver in terms of helping with luggage, push chair and baby at airport and when leaving us at the hotel. We were not just dropped at the door but Gilberto helped bringing everything in.

I was definitely not familiar with the airport & he helped guide me to where I needed to meet him. If ever in Madrid I would definitely use this service again!

No transfer - Driver never responded to email or phone call. We paid more to get to our hotel. Called the drive more than once to find out where he was. His name is Stephen. I want a refund.

Transport never showed - Booked my transfer like I have always done with Viator. Contacted Viator support and was told reservation was confirmed that the transport company would contact me. I waited all night since we had to be oicked up at 830am for a morning dlt. At 1am I contacted support again and was told that the notes showed no drivers were available. I was very upset noone had the decency to communicate this with me. I spent until 3am trying to get transfer thru another company. Very upset with this service. They advised I would get reminded but the reward points I had used to pay half of the trip I lost it could t get refunded
