Great tour - Great guide. Good bikes. Great sights. Our guide (Izach) was full of information and a desire to make our experience good. Things did sometimes get a little disorganized when biking in the city, but that would happen in any big city.

Great Experience - We had such a great experience riding our bikes throughout the park and nearby attractions. The four of us were well taken care of during the trip. The guide went above and beyond to make sure we were all keeping up and had a good time.

Great experience - This was a fantastic experience and a great way to see the city highlights. I would recommend the e-bike as there were a few hills and with the e-bike it was easy and it really wasn’t much more to do this option. Our tour guide, Yanny was great and incredibly knowledgeable.

Great - Greater - Greatest - Good organization. Good bikes (take a non-electric, the route is doable) Nice smooth Guide. Both the Retiro park and the city centre were discussed and ample time was provided. Very relaxed.

A great activity for your first day in Madrid! - Sergio was a wonderful and informative guide, so warm and friendly. The group was also small enough that we were never separated when cycling on roads. I chose the e-bike option but there were no major hills so a standard bike would also be fine. We saw all the major sights and learned interesting facts. There was also a stop with a complimentary beer/wine/soft drink and it was a nice chance to get to know others from around the world who were also in the group. I would highly recommend for solo travellers as well as in a group. I fell in love with Madrid on this tour!

DAD & Daughter Cycle Ride - After failing to rent the bicimadrid bikes due to a tech issue we headed towards rent & roll after a google map search, we thought we might not be able to rent on the day due to the peak holiday season but we're pleased to find that he had the bikes available, we were given an orientation of the bikes and a map of the Park the bikes were easy to handle and appeared well maintained, would not hesitate to hire from here again if in Madrid.

Great way to see the city - Our guide was great! I highly recommend the e-bike especially if you are not in shape. It makes the ride very enjoyable. Great way to see the city.
