Take this tour - you wont regret it - We took the Madrid tapas tour. It was excellent. We got lucky because we were the only 2 people on the tour that day. Out guide Carmen made us very comfortable. She was interesting, knowledgeable about tapas and Spain, entertaining and fun. We went to three tapas bars, and clealy Carmen is well known and well liked at each . Af each place we had a tapas ,and a drink, wine, beer or water. During the tour we had shrimp with garlic, fried chorizo, marinated tomatoes and grilled mushrooms. Carmmen also gave us suggestions for other tapas bars and things to do in Madrid. We have been to Spain before, but this was a great way to begin this three-week trip. We highly recommend this tour because: the food was good, the wines were nice, the tips and advice are very helpful amd Carmen was a lot of fun.

Great food and wine experience - We had a great tour with Carmen. She took us to great local spots that we would have never found from guide books, or on our own and gave a nice historical tour of Madrid. This is a must do. Recommend trying to do it early in your trip so you can re- visit some of the spots visited for more Tapas and Vino during your stay

Great food tour! - Carmen was fantastic! She gave us great information, was warm and upbeat and surprised us by taking us to two places on our bucket list! Great time and great activity - well worth the $ to really get a true taste of the Madrid culture.

Wonderful outing to taste local favorite spots - Carmen was great showing us local favorite eateries in the city center. She also gave us a quick overview of some historical facts of the city. Such a great way to experience the area! Definitely recommend this for anyone visiting.

Brilliant Experience - When visiting a European city, we always like to do a food tour. It helps us to enjoy the food, understand the culture, visit establishments we wouldn’t normally go to, plus we find it’s a great way to explore a city.
We and a couple of friends met Carmen and our small group, (an ideal size for such a busy city,) was completed by a mother and daughter from Chicago.
Carmen was really welcoming and friendly, very interesting and full of useful information about Madrid and Spain.
We enjoyed a wonderful tour and Carmen took us to some amazing places with great food and drinks.
This was one of the best food tours we’ve ever been on, and we would highly recommend Carmen and this tour to anyone visiting the city of Madrid.
