Fantastic experience. Best way to see the Prado - Marta was fantastic. She gave an exceptional tour of so many pieces of the Prado’s collection. Our tour lasted over 2 hours and our 10 year old daughter was even captivated the whole time

Angel - a Guide 10! - A guided tour luxury with Angel! A Guide 10, well aware of history, and very cultured. He clearly knows what he's got and tells it with passion. It got very short. I am not a regular client of guided tours because in the past I have not had good experiences. But with Angel I've reconciled. Thank you for bringing us a little closer to our past as a country.

Great experience at the Royal Palace - The guide was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. She made a beautiful building come to life both from a historical perspective as well as modern day use. Highly recommend. We did the Prado with another company but we wished we would have done the back to back Royal Palace and Prado with her. Our 12 yo twins said this tour was their favorite in Madrid. Which I could remember the guides name so I could give her direct credit but we were a little bleary with jet lag. Kudos to this tour company and guide. Very organized on the tour company end as well.

The tour guide was... - The tour guide was excellent, added humor to keep our kids interested! Easy walk, amount of time was perfect. Some free time inside palace to explore a little on your own.

Book It Now! - (At first, we had trouble finding the meeting spot, but customer support was so helpful and patient on the phone.) Once we met our tour guide, Laura, she was so friendly and understanding of our situation. This was such an amazing experience! Laura was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of insight on the architecture of the palace and Royal Family. There were a couple of times when other tour groups were in the same room as us, but Laura made sure to space out our distance when we could. I am so glad we were able to book this because it truly was the highlight during our short time in Madrid! Thank you so much:D

Visit to the Royal Palace in Madrid - Our guide Marta was excellent ....very well informed and humorous and gave us many interesting snippets about the palace, its history, the persons connected with the palace, and the items contained therein. There was a very short wait to get into the palace and once inside it was a smooth walk from one room to the other without any waiting or delays. Some climbing involved at the beginning and the end of the tour, but the steps were not steep. Would highly recommend this activity for anyone wishing to do a tour of the palace in around one and a half hours.

Could have been better if it had started on time - I’m not sure why the time was 4:00, when the actual start time was about 4:30ish before the actual tour took place. Most tours that I have booked don’t wait for people that are late. The guide was nice, but for an English tour, she was a little hard to understand.

Horrible Experience: Disorganized, Rude, and Misleading - Last week in June, I made an online reservation for a guided tour of the Prado Museum. It’s worth noting that I traveled 10,000 km to attend my planned visit. Less than 24 hours before the visit, I received a text message urgently requesting a forced schedule change by Natura. There was no 'please,' no apology, no explanation—just an imperative demand for an urgent response. I agreed. To my surprise, I had to make changes to my trip to accommodate poor organization by the agency. The communication was rude, unempathetic, and overall a very unpleasant experience. I intended to provide feedback, but to my surprise, there was never any willingness to listen—just a stance of being right. Beware. In the end, just so you know, this is not a tour. It’s a resale of entry tickets with poor and pathetic rude service without any added value. Do not waste your money or time.
