- For the tapas tasting you need to go to Calle Mayor 84, the bar “CASA CIRIACO”, until 3:30pm. You have to go on your own, the guide does not accompany you.

- The duration of the tour if you choose the option with Royal Collections Gallery is 5 hours.
- The starting point of the tour if you choose the option with Royal Collections Gallery is at Plaza de la Armería 1, right at the door of the Almudena Cathedral with 2 towers in front of the Royal Palace

Palace Tour - The tour was amazing. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spoke clearly and highlighted the most important part of the tour.

Highly recommended. - Beautiful palace. Amanda, our guide, gave a good insight into the history of the Palace. It gets busy, so pre book. Definitely top of the list of places to visit in Madrid.

Loved this tour! - Benny was hilarious and a great tour guide! We enjoyed the way he shared the history of the palace and the pace of it. It’s such a cool place and would definitely recommend this tour!

Good overview of the Spanish monarchy - Benny did an excellent job of explaining everything in the palace including historical information and context. The palace was beautiful but not overly ostentatious like Versailles. Would definitely recommend

Good support staff - While we had difficulty finding our guide (which was my fault as I didn’t read the entire email) the support staff responded quickly and we were able to meet up with our guide and get in to the palace. The guide was informative and responsive to the group.

Excellent informative tour - Beautiful building and Benny was a great guide. Well worth a visit. Only negative was that it was extremely crowded which took away from the experience somewhat.

Bad headsets - The palace itself is great. Our headsets were bad.. full of static and our guide had a heavy accent so we caught very little of what was being said.
