Very informative - This was a great way to start our trip. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of great tidbits. We enjoyed our time in the palace even though it was extremely hot that day.

Rocio is the Best!! - The tour was amazing and Rocio was the best guide! She was informative, personable, and funny and really made the experience a truly wonderful one!

Great tour - Great tour, amazing place to visit. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We took the Spanish tour but she also spoke English. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Experience Royal Madrid and armory - Fantastic tour through the Royal Palace. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and funny. The palace was full of other tours, but the assistance of the headset made it super easy to hear. Would definitely recommend viewing the armory, it's a whole experience in itself. Well worth the price.

Breathe Taking - The Palace was amazing and the carriages in the Royal Collection exhibition were great to see. But we missed our tour guide, so had to buy tickets to enter the Royal Collection, because was not given a QI code, but still could find the tour guide. Then nearly missed the Palace, because was told the wrong location to meet the tour guide. So thou we got to see it all was not the relaxing day that was planned.

Perfect - Benny our guide was easy to understand and spot on with his knowledge of the tour. He had jokes that were funny and appropriate for all . Easy meet up point and skip the line was exactly as described! Would highly recommend to others

Better go on your own and take audio guide. - Standing around for 35 minutes until our tour lady could finally start. Poorly organized. Meeting point at the Opera - whatever. Tour then lasted just under an hour. Price performance is not right.

Amazing Unpassionate Guided Tour - We meet at the right point. I told the Guide that I wanted a tour in Spanish but I took it even in English and he replied that there was no problem that if I wanted to go inside the palace on my own. I don't think that's what I wanted to hear. Also in the visit was any narrative without any plis or emotion on his part to tell and explain everything. In the end no one applauded him. It would have been the same to rent an iPad there with audio.

Hassle and frustration - Royal Collections part of tour was not completed with a guide. Ticket received was not in a form able to be read at the ticket office. Extra time taken & explanation required - luckily I had paperwork with me. Still saw royal collection but without guide.

Guide was nowhere to be found! Waste of money! - Our guide was nowhere to be found at the meeting point. I called the number on the email for help and was told to go to the group entry gate "rapido". We ran to the palace group entry gate. On our arrival we were told we couldn't enter without our guide and we were denied entry. My purchase was useless. I had to go stand in line for tickets at the regular entrance and purchase new tickets in order to enter. Terrible experience and waste of money. Never again.
