The tour takes place from the mythical Barrio de las Letras and from there we leave for the Retiro Park. We enter the Parterre, the main garden of this park, we will observe the Hauahuete, the oldest tree in the park, we head towards the Fallen Angel, statue of Lucifer, on our tour we will discover the majestic Crystal Palace that will show us the way to the Lake which contains the Monument to Alfonso XII. A fun and enjoyable tour that can be extended with time options. You will not regret.
- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled

- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old

- The user’s weight must be between 35 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway

Fun way to see the city - Our tour guide Bethesda was excellent.
Riding through the rose garden and parks was fun! Beautiful way to see the city.

Fun fast way to tour the park. - First, driving a segway is fun and you can cover more ground in less time. Retirio park is absolutely beautiful, we were guided to all the best photo spots along with fun facts and the history of the park.

Fun way to explore the park - Murals and his partner were really attentive and explained how to use the Segway. It was our first time on the Segway and we feel comfortable right away. It was so much fun to explore the beautiful park and learned a little of its history. Highly recommend this tour. They even took pictures for us and send via email if all our photos.

Great experience - We were able to see the whole park and take pictures at all the monuments & points of interests. It was our first time on a Segway. Guide was super helpful teaching us how to operate. We all had a great time. The main highlight in our Madrid experience.

A must do to see Retiro park! - A fantastic experience. A couple of our party arrived a little late but Pablo was patient and didn't put us under any pressure. We did the hour trip but we'd had liked to have seen more of Retiro park, so maybe 2 hours would be better. Overall thoroughly recommend it.

Such a FUN way to see Madrid! - My husband and I had SO MUCH FUN on this tour! SegCityTours was very accommodating when the park was closed due to wind on our original tour date. We were able to reschedule easily for another date. Our two guides were wonderful! It appeared one was in training. We zipped around Parque del Retiro, stopping to learn about monuments, beautiful park views, and to hear interesting historical tidbits. We picked the 1-hour tour but perhaps the 1.5-hour tour shows more of the park. We would definitely recommend this Segway tour for a fun way to see Madrid!

A wonderful Segway experience! - Our private Segway Tour with Aleya and Pablo was wonderful! They were so patient with us as we learned how to ride and when we were comfortable, our adventure began. We loved visiting the park and learning from them about the history and features of the beautiful park. It was a perfect morning and a fun and safe Segway ride! Highly recommend!!

Great fun, good way to see Madrid - Paolo was great as was Matisse - very patient and great teacher. Could have perhaps seen more of park however overall great fun.
