Madrid highlights and visit to Prado Museum. - Amazing. Yanny ,the group's guide , told us the story behind every corner of the city,and the introduced us to some of the most emblematic paintigs inside the Prado Museum. It Washington an intense and worthy experience.

Fantastic amazing - The guides both on the Madrid tour and the Prado museum made the whole day. They were AMAZING passionate, ready to answer questions and very interactive. A great guide makes all the tour .

El Prado - Our guide Miriam was amazing, she was so knowledgable about all the artwork. She made our visit not only pleasurable but interesting.

Madrid/Prada - The guide was the best. His English was very good and his knowledge of Spanish History was excellent, but most impressive was his guided tour through the Prada Museum and his detailed knowledge of each artist he pointed out and what the details of each painting meant.

Nice use of day - We enjoyed the simple city tour. Also very much enjoyed museum Prado. The guide is very knowledgeable in art.

Macarena - We had a really great tour guide. The overall experience was very good. Except that the bus was 45 minutes late. Our tour guide was Macarena and we’re very pleased with our tour. She’s very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. We were told that we will be refunded. When should we expect a credit to our account.

World Class - We took this tour having done a self directed visit two years ago. Although only 90 minutes the tour hit many key masterpieces. Isabella gave us a special tour.

Quick, bus tour with highlights of the city - nothing specific - This was a quick overview of the various sights in Madrid. The guide was OK - her attitude on that day seemed as if she didn't want to be there. This was a good, quick easy way to see many sites in a couple of hours.

Could take the tour, protesters - Had to cancel tour due to protesting. However the tour guide notified us early and let us know what was happening.

Disappointed - We had been on numerous tours similar to this on our 2 week vacation and this one did not come close to meeting our expectations. The tour was done in both English and Spanish so the back and forth of the guides commentary was very difficult to follow and often by the time the description was given in English we had passed the spot of topic. Our guide appeared to lack knowledge of the area and therefore lost the groups attention for the most part when minimal information was passed forward. On the museum tour at least 4 ppl left the group with in the first 10 min. It’s advised to ensure the language you require for the tour is confirmed prior to booking. The hop on hop off tour would be a good alternative in my opinion as you can get the language specific guided information and stop at locations of interest. We left Madrid knowing no more than we did when we came as a result of our time invested with this tour. Very disappointing.
