Best way to start your visit to Madrid - Jaime, our guide, was friendly, informed, and interesting. Not only did he discuss the history, but he gave us insider tips to enjoy Madrid, helped us navigate the tourist experiences with preferred times, days, etc., and offered to answer questions for us beyond the tour. A quality introduction to the city; I cannot recommend him and the experience highly enough.

Excellent tour of Old Madrid! - This was a fantastic tour to start our trip off with! Enrique was our guide - he was funny, personable, and very knowledgeable. I learned so much about the history and culture of Spain, it made me appreciate visiting the city. I also realized how little North Americans learn about other countries.
We saw many beautiful buildings of historical significance, the architectural styles, and also about what it's like living in Madrid.
Very happy we also go to look inside the interior of Almudena Cathedral.
Enrique was very considerate of our needs and made sure no one got lost or was overheated in the sun. Thank you for excellent experience!

Anna's walking tour of Madrid Old City is great! - Anna with Aviator Tours was very personable, knowledgable and helpful to a mobility compromised tour group member. I learned some things about the history of Spain and really appreciated Anna's enthusiasm and historical awareness. The day of our tour the king was in residence at the palace receiving dignitaries from Palestine and other countries. A suggestion for improvement: to acknowledge the genocide in Palestine and share with the group how the people of Madrid view the conflict and the genocide and how they are expressing their views. The very least we can do is to acknowledge. I happily recommend a tour with Anna.
