La Latina - Bar 3: Nestled in a pedestrian area known only to locals. It is the highest-rated restaurant in the vicinity. We will enjoy:
- IBERICO TENDERLOIN (A must-try in Spain, Iberico pork. The tenderloin is marinated with bay, garlic, and paprika. The pork is sourced from the butcher supplying Diverxo, Madrid’s only three Michelin-starred restaurant)
