In depth tour of famous works in the Prado. - Eva was a very knowledgeable and informative guide. Very in depth review and analysis of the paintings we saw. Just wish we could have seen more.

Terrible service from this tour guide booked through viator - Terrible Experience with satguru tours after traveling for a month and doing most of our tours through Viator. Our recent tour with Satguru was a disaster from start to finish. It all started when we received a call at 11:56 AM, claiming they were going to leave us even though our tour information clearly stated a 12:00 PM start time with a 10-minute courtesy window. When we arrived at the museum, a museum employee informed us that the guide was standing in front of the statue. However, there are several statues around the museum, making it difficult to pinpoint the exact meeting spot. The tour guide and the operator gave us a terrible attitude, insisting we were late, despite our arrival at 12:05 PM. When I called the operator to find out where the guide was, he simply told me to follow the Google instructions, which only mentioned “statue.” Finally when I called him again he told me the name of the statue. This lack of clarity added to our frustration. At 12:05 PM, when we finally reached the statue the operator referred to, he insisted that we must not be in the right place because his guide was supposedly there. The museum employee then reiterated that we were at the Velazquez statue a was indeed at the specified statue. At 12:08 PM, we finally saw the guide, who was hiding in the shade under the trees, walking away. She claimed they had been waiting for 25 minutes, despite it only being 12:08 PM. The lack of clear communication, the rude attitude of the staff, and the overall disorganization made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend satguru tours to anyone looking for a professional and well-organized tour. They are providing a service and patience specially with foreigners and groups with kids.
