Excellent! Recommended! - Excellent experience! The guide is very knowledgeable and helps you to appreciate and understand some of the most important paintings. The museum is huge, without this tour the visit would not have been so interesting.

Magical Prado - Jose was very knowledgeable, patient, and professional! The depth of his knowledge let us amazed. He answered all of our questions. He took his time and gave us an opportunity to absorb into the painting. We’ve got an overview of the selection pieces at Prado.

Friendly guide but little English - Didn’t really skip the line but no big deal. Our guide Laura is very enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable (studied arts in school) but her English is not at the level that can get us fully engaged and understand what she is trying to convey which made this experience less enjoyable and valuable. We appreciate her taking us through the huge collection and highlight the few but there are a lot more to be desired. Suggest the operator fully assess guides’ English fluency and story feeling ability before assigning them to English tours.
