Exceptional Guided Tour - Our tour guide Lisa was exceptional! From the minute she introduced herself and explained the guidelines for entrance into the museum, we were impressed. Once the tour began she displayed her exemplary knowledge of the art with detailed narratives of highlight pieces while she navigated all 10 of us from room to room of the museum with ease on a very crowded Sunday afternoon. She ensured for our safety, comfort and kept us engaged with questions. Upon completion of the 2 hour tour, she guided members of the group to retrieve items from lockers, and she provided details for those who wished to extend their visit. Reflecting upon our museum visit, all 4 of us felt our tour experience was phenomenal because Lisa was our guide!

Rounded experience w a tour guide - The museum houses a lot of religious art which is very impressive and important. Our favorite was Fra Angelico’s masterpiece of the Annunciation. The only unfortunate part was a commentary on a painting that included the mistaken notion that Mary Magdalene was the wife of Jesus since the artist painted her with a ring on her finger. There is no support for this anywhere in Scripture, canons, hymnography or writings of the Church fathers, onlyfictionalized novels promoting misunderstanding and presence.

It was a very well organised tour and we had a professional guide - The tour was very well organised and Skip the Line was a big advantage. I am very glad that I took a guided tour because thus we could enjoy the most important and interesting items in the museum. The guide, Florin, in a very professional manner gave us the necessary information in a precise and concise form, without being lost into complicated and hard to be understood details. He completed the information provided by the museum, displayed next to every exhibit, with interesting details about the general context (hystorical, economical, religious etc.) the artistic work was created, so that we could have a very complete image of it. Unfortunately, the policy of the museum is to ban taking pictures or filming inside it so I cannot accompany my revieu with any of them. Anyway, I would definitely reccomend these guided tours. Thank you Florin, once again.

Excellent Tour of an Amazing Museum - Excellent tour of a fantastic museum! Our guide Paula Lopez was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about all the paintings, sharing with us interesting extra facts and legends. The artwork and sculptures are amazing but without the tour we wouldn’t have appreciated everything nearly as much!
