All the important spots of The Prado Museum! - My husband and I visited Madrid in September 2024 and joined a group tour with Babylon Tours. We were fortunate to have Sean as our guide, and he was absolutely fantastic. He gave us a thorough and insightful tour of the Prado Museum, sharing a wealth of knowledge about art history in a way that was both engaging and enjoyable. Sean’s passion for the subject really came through, and his delightful personality made the experience not only educational but truly fun. We wholeheartedly recommend Babylon Tours—and especially Sean—and will definitely look them up again for future tours. :)

Great guide, great museum - Michele was an amazing tour guide! Very kind, funny, and knowledgeable about the paintings. Able to provide insight on every question we asked, and showed us a large percentage of the museum in our time together.

ISABEL was one of our FAVORITE GUIDES EVER!!! Take this tour if you can! - We all loved this tour of the Prado Museum that we took with Isabel from Babylon Tours. All three of us- my husband and myself, and our teenage granddaughter thought Isabel was an amazing guide. My husband and I have taken many dozens of tours and travelled the world for the past 15 years, and I can honestly say that Isabel is one of the top guides we have ever used. If you have the chance to take this tour, I recommend it most highly. You will love this special experience!

Five Star Isabell - Isabell is both charismatic and knowledgeable. She obviously knows art history and delivers it in a very relatable way. I could follow her around Prado for days.

Treat yourself to a guided tour ….. - Because I have visited the Prado before I decided to book a first-time guided tour . ( This was because I am now older …..in my 70s…..and don’t want to spend time looking for rooms or exhibits that are more difficult to locate !) I opted for a smaller group ( max. 8) and a date / time that suited us and was lucky that our group was actually much smaller than 8 and that made for easier moving around the museum ( and less opportunity to get stuck with an art-know-it-all who monopolises the tour! ) We had a lovely tour: Alexander V. With Babylon Tours ( thru TripAdvisor ) has a degree in art history, loves his work and speaks 4 languages ( including completely fluent English ) Of course it’s more expensive , but it was absolutely wirth it !

Highly recommended tour - Our tour guide, Jake, made our family visit to the immense Prado museum both informative and digestible during the 2.5 hours we spent there. He provided great insight, context and perspective on the many important works of art and artists we saw. The museum is well worth the visit but I couldn’t imagine tackling it with our group of six ranging in ages from 11-59 without the help of an experienced pro like Jake. Thank you!
