Interesting - Problem at entry because barcode instead of QRCode because not sent the day before QR code 2 of 4 not valid and already used Fast TripAdvisor reaction but it took us half an hour despite the queue to get in. Digital Audio Guide Unusable at Prado

Would not recomend to book tickets though this company, too much stress and trouble! - Tickets, that where sent by e- mail, were not accepted in Prado Museum- had to call company, ask to send tickets with the barcode, that acceptable to Prado.It was a problem, as I only would have internet inside of Museum or by its door..Tickets were sent value of €15each, even husband is 75.Audioguide we had to pay 5 euros each separately...Very stressful experience! Do not book this tour! You can easily buy tickets in the museum 15 euros+5 euros audioguide!

Do not buy through Trip Advisor. - Museum said they don’t accept Trip Advisor purchased tickets and could not get audio. We were lucky the museum staff was nice and let us in. Would not use this service again and would purchase directly from museum.

NOT WORTH IT - FIRST OF ALL - DEFINITELY SEE THE PRADO. I made the mistake of buying this without reading reviews. This does not include a handset from the museum. This requires you to use your phone (which I didn't have mine on for reasons of international charges) to download a new app that you listen to. I didn't take my headphones. A standard ticket is $15euro's and the headset is $5. Don't waste your money and time on this. There were no lines. We were considered Sr.'s so our rate was even cheaper.

Do not use it is a total theft, because attending the museum is totally invalid - It was a total theft, when they arrive at the meadow museum they do not know the application and the supposed operator, I wanted to contact the number that appears and they do not answer, there is also no option to cancel and return the money paid

Tickets didn't work, ripped off by seller. - Do not use this company, or viator for that matter. When arriving at Prado Museum was told by security the tickets were bogus and this happens all the time with unscrupulous sellers, we had to buy new tickets to get in. When I complained to Viator they sided with the seller. Very, very disappointed 😞.

Disappointed - Although purchasing the tickets was quite easy several things went wrong after that. Retrieving the tickets became very difficult. When arriving at the museum the tickets were not accepted as valid. Eventually the guard was sympathetic and allowed us in. When using the digital audio guide, the narrator’s explanations did not line up with the paintings ! This was extremely frustrating therefore we were forced to purchase the museums audio guide. Additionally, when I text through the TripAdvisor App and asked that the information be sent via text and/or to my companion’s email there was no response.
