Your driver will be waiting for you in front of your arrival gate at the airport, on the platform at the train station, or in the hotel lobby with a personal greeting sign.
Turn on your phone immediately after landing. If you cannot find the driver, contact us.
In case of a flight cancellation, contact our support team immediately. We will cancel your trip free of charge.
Please note that even if your flight arrives early, the driver will meet you at the time specified in your order. A text message with the driver’s contact number will be sent to your mobile phone one hour before the trip.
Driver free waiting time:
• For address or hotel pick-ups – 20 minutes
• After the train arrives – 20 minutes
• After international flight arrival – 1 hour
• After domestic flight arrival – 1 hour
The driver has the right to leave the meeting point (hotel or airport) if the passenger is a NO SHOW after the free waiting time, and the vehicle will be released with the full amount charged.
The company will not be held responsible if a client misses their flight due to their own fault. The driver will pick you up even in case of a flight or train delay, with no additional fees charged.

- Luggage Allowance One large size of Luggage up to 30kg allowed per passenger plus small handbag. In case of extra luggage its passenger responsibility to book an extra car or taxi to transfer the extra luggage to his hotel.
- Child seat must be booked in advance with extra cost
- Client contact number During the reservation kindly provide the passenger mobile number which supposed to be active during and before the service, enable our driver to contact the passenger in case unable to allocate him/her.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
