- Parterre del Retiro - We find ourselves in front of this spectacular French-style garden, simulating the gardens of Versailles, where we find the Hauhuete, the oldest tree in the park.
- Palacio De Cristal - The Crystal Palace is the most sought-after point of interest in the park, a building built as a greenhouse to house the flora of the Philippine Exposition, an example of the glass and iron architecture of the time.
- Estanque Grande del Retiro - This lake is the center of Retiro Park, presiding over the monument to Alfonso XII, erected by Queen Victoria upon the death of her husband. The lake, in its time, represented naval battles for the Madrid aristocracy, today it serves as entertainment for all audiences.
- Fuente del Angel Caido - This sculpture represents Lucifer when he is expelled from the Kingdom of Heaven and is picked up and waited for by the 8 dragons of hell. Work of Velvet, which is located 666 meters above sea level.

We offer you an unforgettable experience, a private and exclusive Segway tour, with a guide just for you. The tour takes place from the mythical Barrio de las Letras and from there we leave for the Retiro Park. We enter the Parterre, the main garden of this park, we will observe the Hauahuete, the oldest tree in the park, we head towards the Fallen Angel, statue of Lucifer, on our tour we will discover the majestic Crystal Palace that will show us the way to the Lake which contains the Monument to Alfonso XII. A fun and enjoyable tour that can be extended with time options. You will not regret.
- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled
- If you have limited mobility, you should not take part
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old
- Users will be able to use the segway for themselves
- The user’s weight must be between 35 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway
- Dress code is smart casual
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding a segway.

Perfect Segway Tour! - We had an amazing time with our guide Leo! He first made sure we were comfortable with Segways, which I appreciated- although we have taken many segway tours previously, it was the thoroughness that mattered. We saw Retiro Park and so glad we did it via Segway as there is so much to see. Segway allowed us the versatility to hop off, take pictures and walk around in addition to zipping through the city of Madrid.
Leo is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. I highly recommend him and the tour through Retiro Park.

First validated experience with 5 teenagers - Visit the park with our 5 teenagers. They loved it. The walk is fun, the Guide was great, he takes the time to explain the park and its history. He adapted to us and everyone is delighted with this first experience.

Captivating Madrid Tour on Segway- off the charts! - Our friends had never been on a Segway before and they're thrilled they experienced it in Madrid. We are all in our mid-60's, and the experience was thrilling, the tour was impressive and the guide was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a LOT of Madrid in a short (2hrs) amount of time. We were all over the place. The entire staff in the Segway Office were pleasant and engaging.

Wonderful Segway Tour of Retiro Park - We had such a great time on our Segway tour! We were a little nervous as we had never been on Segways before, but our tour guides were great with us, took time to make sure we were comfortable and then gave us a great tour of Retiro Park and all the beautiful sites to see there. We stopped and were able to walk around the rose garden, take pictures when we wanted and we were given a lot of history about the park as we went along! We highly recommend this tour and our wonderful guides!

Amazing Tour of Retiro Park by Ronan and Alejandra - Thank you to Ronan and Alejandra for helping me and my friends with navigating segways around Retiro park - for some of the group it was their first time!
Their patience was amazing, and their photography skills too!
The pair made the experience fun and memorable.
The segways felt sturdy compared to ones which I have used in the past.
10/10 - would recommend.
