- For the return service from the Hotel to the airport, it is usual to pick up at the hotel 2 hours before departure of your flight if it is a national or Schengen area, and 3 hours before the departure of the other flights.

EXCELLENT - EXCELLENT communication. I was contacted a few days after booking by the company to introduce themselves, provide me with contact info, and to confirm pickup time and location. Day before, they contacted me to confirm. Morning of they provided name and phone number of driver. When driver arrived at hotel, about 15 min early, he contacted to let me know he arrived and was in the hotel lobby whenever I was ready. I always am worried about transportation to airports, this company made the experience stress free. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Excellent transfer service from hotel to the Madrid Airport - Excellent service from our hotel to the Madrid Airport. The driver arrived early and was very professional, loaded and unloaded all our luggage, etc.

Buckle Up! - Driver was prompt and arrived at pickup location a few minutes early for easy transfer to the airport. It's a good thing we have a sense of adventure and aggressive driving doesn't scare us, b/c there was a lot of hard braking (due to not really paying attention to the traffic lights until the very last minute)/swerving through barriers as exits were being missed, etc. While my family joked about this driver possibly needing a new profession, some may not be up for such an "experience."

Private Transfer service vs taxi - I purchase a private transfer from hotel to airport. The driver (who was nice) was 15 minutes late and could not speak English. Not a big problem except in comparison to a taxi I payed a premium and I expected more. I could have easily hailed a taxi at the appropriate time and received the same service at a much cheaper price

At least we didn't get into an accident - The driver came way too early. 4:45 AM for a 7:40 flight. I was literally the only potential passenger at the airport. His car smelled terrible from cigarettes. He dropped me off at the wrong end of the airport, where all the doors were locked. The drive only took about 15 minutes top because there were no other vehicles on the road. I was unable to change the time because there were no other available drivers
