• Bodegas Nabal - The second stop is at a relatively new venture, established by individuals with extensive experience in winemaking.

Weather permitting, there will be a walk through the vineyards to discuss vine growth and showcase a small structure known as a ‘guardaviña’.

The tour will then proceed to the winery to explore the various winemaking processes before visiting the cathedral ageing room.

The visit will conclude with a tasting of three wines accompanied by snacks.

For those interested in dining locally, time will be allocated to enjoy a traditional local lunch of suckling lamb. Reservations will be made in advance with one of the preferred restaurants.

Alternatively, the lunch can be skipped to proceed directly to the second visit.

• Bodegas Ismael Arroyo - Beginning in Val Sotillo, the tour will cover key aspects of the D.O Ribera del Duero before exploring the winery to learn about vinification methods, leading into a network of underground tunnels, a crucial part of the area’s winemaking history.
