Very interesting - The Royal Palace tour was very interesting. The palace was beautiful, and full of so much riches. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything explicitly. He made the tour interesting.

Highly recommend this tour - Our tour guide, Rubin, was terrific. He was super knowledgeable and high energy! He imparted just the right amount of material to my family of six adults/young adults. I highly recommend this tour and if you have a chance to do it with Rubin, you will have an invaluable experience. It also was a rather short tour which is great for the attention spans of my kids!

Nice tour gorgeous palace - It was like a story book. Our guide call us and said he will be waiting in near by square with a blue umbrella!! Tour was nice. The palace was gorgeous. Photography was not allowed to the palace

Excellent visit. Entertaining and educational - Our guide Frederico was charming and knowledgeable when we went to visit the Royal Palace in Madrid. The building is amazing inside and out and the tour shows a good number of differently decorated state rooms. Frederico was very well informed about the history and communicated this enthusiastically. Able to answer questions too. Our group was small with differently abled people in it and he dealt with this tactfully. There was a bit of a delay getting into the palace but there were a lot of tour groups trying to get in. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Good tour, terrible communication - Enjoyed the tour and very informative. It is however very busy as you wind your way through the rooms. Would recommend pre buying a ticket if not using a guide as queues are very long. We had booked a 1pm slot and were told to meet in a plaza nearby. We arrived early but no one was there to meet us and we were left to ask other tour guides if they were our guide. No communication at all. Had sent messages previously with no replies. After we googled a phone number, we were moved to a 2pm slot, but not great service from the vendor at all.

No Guide showed up - The tour operator never showed up. Waiting for an hour and half. No communication. Its not the company Viator, just the local touring guide never showed up.

Tour - Tour never happened. Guide did not show up. We have no idea if the tour was canceled, no communication. Requested a refund through Viator
