Informative walking tour and fantastic guide - We had a great guide on this fun and informative tour! The departure spot is easy to find, around the corner from Mercado San Miguel, and each person is given a headset in order to hear the guide speaking. Huge bonus being able to skip the line at the palace and enter immediately!
Our guide offered tips for how to see the cathedral as well as the nativity at the palace. He also stopped and pointed out the best spots for scenic photos. Definitely recommend this tour.

A great tour, great guide, and spectacular palace! - What a great way to see a bit of Madrid and the Royal Palace! Sergio was the best. As an English speaker, I understood his accent very well. He was knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. The palace is beautiful!! My favorite tour so far in Madrid and that’s thanks to Sergio.

Just ok - Mostly a tour of the Royal Palace, guide’s focus was more on logistics than story telling. Old town was not a tour just passed it to reach the Palace.

Too many people in the group - The guide was amazing. However, the group is too large (>30 people), we could hardly maintain a sufficiently short distance with the guide to receive his speech through the audio.
