Depart from Madrid and head first to Segovia. Witness the Roman aqueduct, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Be amazed by this iconic 1st-century structure, regarded as the most significant example of Roman civil engineering in Spain.
Visit the royal palace of the Alcazar of Segovia, perched on a cliff where two rivers meet near the Sierra de Guadarrama.
Proceed to the imperial city of Toledo.
Upon arrival in Toledo, explore its medieval quarters and historical landmarks on a walking tour, and learn why it is called the City of Three Cultures.
Depending on the selected option, conclude with a guided tour of the interior of Toledo Cathedral. The tour concludes with a return to the heart of Madrid.

The tale of two cities. - Great tour. The two cities are a must see. The tour guides were exceptional. They were very friendly and went out of their way to help us get around.

GREAT TOUR - OUTSTANDING GUIDE - Our tour guide Roccia (?) was absolutely wonderful. She cared about people on her tour. The information provided was personal to her...which made it more meaningful. She was obviously having fun guiding our tour group.

Well worth a day trip - We recently went on the full day trip to Segovia and Toledo. It was well worth the price. The two cities were spectacular. But to review the tour they get 5 stars. Christina our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The time allotment at each site was perfect. The bus very comfortable. This was a great option and i highly recommend.

Great way to see Segovia and Toledo from Madrid - I chose this tour largely because I wanted to see the aqueduct in Segovia. That was worth it, but what I did not know was how much more I would see. The Alcazar castle and walking tour of Segovia were excellent. I had enough free time to enter the cathedral as well. Toledo and its Cathedral were the icing on the cake - Toledo was the capitol of Spain in visigothic and medieval times so it is a medieval looking city on a hill. We had a delicious lunch in our free time at El Nino Malo as well. It was a long day, and it involves several bus rides, however, with the multiple stops it didn't feel like a day on a bus. I was glad to see all of the sites on this tour.

Segovia and Toledo Guided Tours - Benito was our guide, and he was excellent. He had a thorough knowledge of both cities, and gave clear instructions on meeting points and times, etc. We really got to experience a good bit of both cities, and he gave us the historical context to better understand how life was in these 2 places.

A day well spent! - Thought the guide did a great job. Bus was comfortable and the mix between bus ride and tour was just right. A little disappointed on availability of public restrooms but overall a great day!!!

Superb Segovia and Toledo Day Trip - This one day tour to Segovia and Toledo was just wonderful! The combination of both outside walking tours, inside visits, and free time makes for a fantastic experience. Yes, it is an early departure, but there is so much to see and do. The IBE tours bus was waiting for us, and we left on time with smooth driving the entire trip. Our guide Benito was excellent--extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, totally bilingual, and kept everyone on time and on schedule.
Segovia is lovely, and touring the Alcázar inside was a real highlight. We spent a nice time at the magnificent aqueduct, and saw a bit of the city early before all the crowds arrived.
Next it was on to Toledo! The arrival and the panoramic bus tour was simply stunning--too much to see and photograph! We had time for a nice lunch in the plaza (on our own) and did a bit of shopping before we started our intensive walking tour. Beni explained everything in detail, and then we went with him into the gorgeous Toledo cathedral. We had some more free time for some last-minute photos and shopping, and then the bus left promptly at 5:45 PM to return us to Madrid by 7:00 PM.
All-in-all this was a great tour, and a special day. We highly recommend this day trip, and thank our guide Beni for making everything go perfectly.

Spectacular Segovia - We adored our guide Benito..he was knowledgeable and witty. He got us from place to place with ease and was very clear with his directions.
Segovia was beautiful and Benito gave us such interesting information. We wished we had a little more time to spend there.
We, as a family, did not care for Toledo at all. We felt it crowded , dirty, touristy, and not worth the amount of time spent there. We thought reversing the trip would have worked better.
We would not recommend a trip to Toledo. Very little to see.

Beware of this tour and the operator - Not a good experience as we didn't get to go and no fault of our own. The four of us on the booking plus approx 20 others were left behind when the tour bus from the hired tour company by Viator were left behind!! Standing at the agreed meeting area when we saw the tour bus drive past us through heavy traffic.We were unable to stop it, phoned the office immediately and they refused to do anything for us and told us to find a way to Toledo and join the tour there!! The tour company hired was IBE tours and Viator also refused a refund then offered as a small refund of $ 20.00 for 4 people....utterly devastating and rediculous. Still persuing a full refund!! Beware of this tour!! Tour guides never even came to meet us but we witnessed another tour operator there who made sure to come and meet their customers and collected them for their buses that were parked about a block away because of ongoing construction in the area. We did not see the tour bus company we were expecting until they drove past us!!
