• San Martin Church - Constructed in the 12th century, it is situated on the present-day Juan Bravo street, midway between the Cathedral of Santa María and the Roman aqueduct. This Mozarabic-origin temple features Romanesque architecture, with three naves, a transept crowned by a brick dome, and a tripartite apse.
• Convento de Santa Teresa - Erected at the start of the 17th century, this building is believed to be on the birthplace of Saint Teresa of Jesus. It was built under the patronage of the Discalced Carmelite Order and was declared a National Monument on January 4, 1886.
• Las Murallas de Avila - The city walls of Avila are a Romanesque military fortification encircling the old town. The wall, along with the old town and several churches outside the walls, was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. Its significance lies in being one of the best-preserved medieval walled complexes in Spain.
