- Please, be at the check in point 15’ minutes before departure time.
- This product is subject to cancellation or rescheduling based on inclement weather.
- You are kindly requested to inform of any nutritional requirement (diet, allergies, etc.) at the time of booking the tour.
- Minimum age allowed to join the tour is 9 years old.
- There is no weight limit, but if if your weight is over 100kg (220 lb) please contact with us before the booking day
- Share accommodation address for pick up, phone number and email. The pickups are in Madrid Center, outside this range the meeting point must be agreed.
- The pickups are organized in City center
- Depending on the calendar season the pickup schedules are organized (Winter 07:00 / Summer 06:00).
- Please provide contact number, email and accommodation address to organize the pickups schedules.
- The previous afternoon between 4:00p.m. / 5:00p.m., will be shared via email the pick-up agenda, with pickup location and contact details of the driver who will carry out in transport
- There is a minimum of people required to operate the tour. In the event that this minimum is not met, customers will be offered an alternative date, another tour of equal or superior value, or a full refund.

Great experience - would do it again!! - We had a small issue with our booking. Even with that they went above and beyond to correct the issue and get us on the balloon as promised.

Breathtaking and romantic! - Wonderful once in a lifetime romantic experience with my beautiful wife. Clear skies with a slight crispness in the air. Perfect sunrise over the horizon. Breathtaking and peaceful panoramic flight over the castle and cathedral. The team was very friendly. The transportation driver picked us up on time. It's a good thing we bought the balloon flight with transportation included; Segovia was an hour drive from Madrid. Very pleased with the trip.

Scenic and memorable! - Our tour guide/pilot took us over the beautiful town of Segovia for a closeup view of the castle and cathedral and also high up over the surrounding scenery, which was a gorgeous. peaceful ride. The cava and meat and cheese plates were also a nice treat after in the field with new friends we met on our side of the balloon. Will be one of our favorite memories of our time in Spain!

Highly recommend - Wonderful flight. Our captain Nix was fantastic. Beautiful views of Segovia and the Alcazar and surrounding villages. We also got to see wild boar and deer, many hares and rabbits.

Spectacular Experience - The hot air balloon ride over Segovia was the most breathtaking experience!! It is an absolute must. The views from above were spectacular, the crew was so friendly, efficient and we enjoyed them! I would highly recommend taking time to do this experience!!

Hot air balloon ride over Segovia - Early mornings are not my thing, but going on a hot air balloon ride made the early morning totally worth it. It was cold, sunny, and beautiful out, and the balloon crew worked efficiently to get set up and load us all into the basket. Segovia is a beautiful, picturesque town and from the air it truly is breathtaking. The balloon ride was so serene, and I didn’t want it to end. After a smooth landing we were served champagne and snacks and diplomas for our accomplishment! Wonderful friendly crew and if you are ever in Madrid make sure you do this tour!

Gorgeous Views! - The entire experience was amazing. From the shuttle ride to the entire balloon experience. The guide explained all the details on what we saw and really showed some amazing sites. Would highly recommend!!!

Surprised me! - Surprised me. I'm afraid of heights, but I face my fears and I had to ride a hot air balloon. I thought it was shaking, rubbing... but it was the most incredible ride I've ever done in my life, it practically doesn't move in the air, it's still, the flight is super smooth. I highly recommend it!
