- Plaza Mayor - This stop is made in the Plaza del Comercio, where three squares converge; Plaza Mayor, Plaza de Santa Cruz and the Plaza del Comercio itself where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is located, the former prison of the aristocracy. There our guide will tell us the history of La Plaza Mayor and how from being a suburb of Madrid it becomes the main square of the capital.
- Plaza de Ramales - In the Plaza de Ramales there was the church of San Jua, belonging to the order of Santiago. This was demolished to convert the space into a plaza by Jose Bonaparte, among the rubble it is thought that the remains of Velazquez are found.
- Mirador de la Cornisa del Palacio Real - We will walk along a narrow street to discover a viewpoint that will amaze us with its views, a space from where we can observe from a special point the entire historical-artistic complex that represents the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral. Awesome.
- Catedral de Sta Maria la Real de la Almudena - At the viewpoint we will have the privilege of observing this building that is linked to the Royal Palace through the Plaza de la ArmerÃa, which serves for the representation of different official acts and events. This cathedral, which took 110 years to build, is oriented from North to South instead of East to West like most Christian temples. We will tell you their secrets
- Plaza de la Villa - Splendid square that houses the true flavor of the Madrid of the Austrian monarchy. In it we find buildings such as the Torre de los Lujanes or the Casa de Cisneros. The old Madrid City Hall was located in this square, now in the Cibeles Palace.
- Puerta del Sol - On our way back we will border La Puerta del Sol, the center of Madrid and Spain. This square is located the Post Office Building, where the tower with the clock is located that every year offers us the chimes of New Year’s Eve.

We offer you a Private and exclusive tour on Segway, only you will go with a guide, being able to enjoy your tour privately. From the meeting point located in the legendary Madrid neighborhood of the Barrio de las Letras, we head to the Plaza Mayor, the neuralgic center of Madrid life, from there to the true Madrid of the Austrias, where we will enjoy the best views of the Palacio viewpoint Real and the Almudena Cathedral, we will make a stop at the Plaza de Ramales, where it is believed that Velazquez was buried, on the way back we will visit the Plaza de la Villa Old Town Hall of Madrid, which houses buildings such as the Torre de los Lujanes or the Casa de Cisneros, to finish bordering the Puerta del Sol. A special tour in which you will get to know the most important points of old Madrid and that you can extend depending on the duration.
- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled
- If you have limited mobility, you should not take part
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old
- Users will be able to use the Segway for themselves.
- The user’s weight must be between 35 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway
- Dress code is casual
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding a segway.

Worth doing even at 60+ - What a great tour we had with Pablo. He tried really hard with his English and gave us a really lovely experience of Madrid.

Amazing - Pablo was exceptional, full of knowledge and patience. So grateful and happy that we had the opportunity to take this tour we were only in madrid for 2 days but got to see many things and Pablo made sure to take videos & Pictures of us along the way. I 100% recommend doing a Segway tour

Segway to an amazing Memory in Madrid - Wow. Never did this before and we were all very nervous as the area was crowded and the roads were packed with cyclists and motorcycles. But within 1 minute, the Segway team quickly had us up and spinning, doing 360s and it quickly turned into an absolutely amazing ride. We were very safely taken through alleys, roads, traffic and across to the botanical gardens. Will never forget this, and it is one of our highlights of Spain. Many thanks to our Segway hosts. This is a MUST to do in Madrid!!!

THIS TOUR IS A MUST! ELENA IS THE BEST! - We were so happy to have Elena as our tour guide. She was very personable and very informative. We had so much fun riding through the Crystal Palace and various Plazas in Madrid. Elena was very detailed in explaining all that we saw. If you want to have a great time smiling while zipping to and from historical sites of Madrid, ask for your tour guide to be Elena!

Segway tour is a must! - Had a great time on the 1-hour segway tour, never been on a Segway before, so had two awesome experiences.
My only regret, is not booking a longer session!

Great way to explore Retiro Park - When we got to the shop we chose to tour Retiro Park instead of the city center, as we had seen a lot of the city on our first day. This was a good decision as we got to see so much of this large, magnificent public space. We never would have seen as much on foot and there are no cars allowed in the park. Highly recommend touring the park on segways as it was fun, safe, and easy!

Great tour for a family with teenagers - We had a Segway tour in July 2024 with Pablo. He was brilliant and very knowledgeable. Pablo made sure we were happy and safe at all points, and regularly stopped at different locations to give us information and provide us with drinks. We would highly recommend!

Operator will not reschedule if you have travel issues - We ran into Airline flight issues the evening before our scheduled tour (past the 24 hr cancel limit). I contacted the operator to ask to reschedule to the following day and they would not reschedule. I understand that we were past the 24 hour limit to cancel but we had not planned to cancel and really wanted to do this tour. I would think that given the circumstances the operator would be able to push us to the next day without a problem. I would look elsewhere for a tour as this type of customer service is unacceptable !!!!
