Highly recommend the Segway tours - Very nice tour with your guide Andrea. She explained us the history very well and also made sure we were comfortable in the segways. The tour ended with some tapas and drinks. Very well organised. Thank you!

Such a fun tour! - We used the Madrid City Go card to book this tour. It is our first time using the segway. The staff was really patient in training my wife how to use it. The rest of our group only took a few minutes learning how to control it. The tour were led by two tour guides (Spanish & English). Our tour guide was great in giving us the history of all the sights. Unfortunately, the Spanish speaking group kept doing things on their own and ending up getting lost. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour. The service is really good, they even gave us water bottles at the end of our tour. We enjoyed it so much that we are trying to book for their Chocolate and churros Segway tour. Unfortuntely, I have been calling all day today but there is no one answer the phone.

Just great fun - Absolutely loved our Segway tour, 2 hours long and just great fun. Our guide Juan was really good and informative with the right balance of info and timings. Highly recommended

First time on Segways and loved it - Really friendly and competent tour guides! Tour with lovely views and good Segway experience. Our group ranged from 10 to 81 years of age, and everyone enjoyed it immensely.

Average Segway tour - I’ve done some Segway rides before. The owner is an extremely nice person and ensured we all knew how to ride before heading off. We started a bit later then we expected but it was ok.
We booked an English tour and at arrival they hooked us up with a small group of Spanish tour saying the guide will do both English and Spanish which I guess he did. His English was a bit lacking. We went through the city with very very strict guidelines while the guide kept stopping and telling us we must follow the rules, which we did. We expected to have a guide with humor that will guide us through Madrid with nice stories but we got a guide the was very serious and his stories were lacking. This kind of trip is all about the guide. It was average.
