Honeymoon Activity - Gus, the instructor, was great! The group we were with were all super friendly and we had a good time. Yummy food!

Yummy food in Madrid! - The location and kitchen was excellent. The staff very friendly and the food delicious. It’s great to go alone or friends and family. Many many tapas!

Fun and tasty and experience! - Very fun and friendly experience! Not only do you get to learn multiple recipes but you get to enjoy eating them all as well. Rosa was a joy and you could tell she loved sharing her love of food with others.

Loads of tapas - The location is a very good setup for cooking classes, and was able to accommodate a lot of participants. The cooking area is a large L-shaped space, which allowed for two groups to work on the same dish. The downside of the large space and the number of dishes (10 plus a bonus dish when I was there) is that tasks are divided. Gustavo, our chef instructor, gave good instructions but because of the number of dishes he went fast. Hopefully they will send out recipes.
The other nice thing about the space is that they have an extensive bookstore of cookbooks upstairs. It's definitely worth checking out.

Addition to other review from the same day regarding food hygiene - An additional review/answer to the owner on my last review: I applaud your plan to look at the phone measures.
To forbid cell phones would indeed be unpopular by the worst addicts (but that also need the phone break the most!) these days. However, common sense is still to be found in most people. Meaning that most people would understand that food (especially at a profesional school) and phones do not belong together.
My suggestion would be to very explicitly inform the participants that they can photograph before the food prepping starts, put down the phone, then wash hands, enjoy the experience, and then take pictures after the prepping is done. If very important to use the phone during the prepping they can, but then wash the hands again before returning to the food. That is nothing but common sense at home, and even more important when with other people.
And, there it is naturally even more important that the staff are doing the same, meaning no chefs with phones in the food area/on cutting board(!). Almost nothing I saw this day made me sure that hygiene was taken care of. The sink with towels was great!! For those who used it. But everyone should have been informed to wash hands. Not just the few. And, it doesn’t matter anyway if the dirty phone is used after the wash.
I would applaud you big time if you improved this both for food hygiene, and also for giving people an important break from their phones!
