Fabulous! - We made ham croquettes, Russian Salad, Black Rice and Ajoarriero Cod. It was excellent and very hands-on. Loleo was very engaging, was full of interesting information and she never let our wine glasses go empty. We were full in the end with all the tasty and wonderful food. Coffee and chocolate were served as a secret surprise at the end and of course we ended up with the recipes. I really enjoyed meeting everyone in the class and met people from Netherlands, Australia and Mexico.

Fun cooking class and many useful tips! - It was a great experience as Lola gave us many cooking tips and how to prepare and cook certain ingredients, the paella we made was way better than the ones you found in the restaurant. I’d recommend this cooking class to anyone who visits Madrid.

Exceptional experience - This experience was exceptional! Learned so much about cooking in general and the history of the dishes we were making. Lola the chef was very organized, and gave us reasons we did things a certain way. All got to participate. I liked that we made both tapas and paella. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting in Madrid. Time and money well spent.

Lola’s cooking class - Lola, was amazing teacher and very quick on making another version of Paella than planned due to allergies of seafood, nuts and onions! She taught a fantastic class with a quick version of how to cook a Paella. She had many secrets and short cuts to share. You must take Lola’s class. She’s so amazing!!!!

Delicious, Educational and Relaxing - Class was better than expected. Chef Lola was welcoming and instructive. The pacing of the class was perfect: not too fast to follow and not too slow that we were hungry waiting for the dishes to be ready. In fact, no one left the class hungry! Chef Lola was very knowledgeable and explained some of the traditional recipes for paella and a bit of the gastronomy history of Spain, including the specialties by region. She also did a brilliant job of walked us through each step and made sure we all played a roll in putting our meals together. The wine was also delicious and my glass was never left empty. I am very glad to have attended! Highly recommend!!!

A fun way to do dinner in Madrid - After several terrific meals in Madrid, we decided to take a cooking class to learn how to make some of the local favorites. We loved it! Our hostess, Lola, was a delight. She welcomed us in, and after some brief introductions, we started preparing the food. Including our group of 4, there were 7 people in our class, which was just the right size. Throughout the evening, she taught us about local cuisine, culture, and history, which added a nice touch to the class. We made Russian salad, croquettes, paella, and cod, all paired with good wine and beer. It was a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
