Lola was very welcoming... - Lola was very welcoming and nice. She explained all her dishes, gave recommendations and the food was super delicious. Highly recommend!

The chef, Lola, was just... - The chef, Lola, was just awesome. Obviously a professional chef, she explained the history of all the food we ate and also how to approach buying and drinking wine in Spain. Small class of 8, we met great people and cooked and ate great food! Lola was amazing. Highly recommended!

Great food, community and chef - Loleo was such a fantastic experience! We were a group of 10 and learned four traditional dishes. Everyone in our group was very nice and friendly. Lola shared her skills and knowledge to making delicious meals. Now I will never boil tomatoes to peel the skin off and mash! All the dishes were delicious and something we can definitely replicate when we head home. We highly recommend this experience for everyone visiting Madrid!

Fabulous! - We made ham croquettes, Russian Salad, Black Rice and Ajoarriero Cod. It was excellent and very hands-on. Loleo was very engaging, was full of interesting information and she never let our wine glasses go empty. We were full in the end with all the tasty and wonderful food. Coffee and chocolate were served as a secret surprise at the end and of course we ended up with the recipes. I really enjoyed meeting everyone in the class and met people from Netherlands, Australia and Mexico.

YUM! - The chef was great and fun! I was nervous taking the class with 8 other strangers but the group was great! Lots of laughs and friends were made! Would definitely recommend! Learned some valuable information about the food being prepared too

This was a fantastic... - This was a fantastic experience, Lóleo was engaging, informative, and most importantly fun! This was definitely the best thing we did on our trip to Madrid - she kept the wine flowing and the food delicious! Thanks for having us Lóleo!

Great! - We enjoyed this workshop! Our children of 12 and 13 also liked it very much. Lola was a top hostess. Cheerful and cozy and she gave good tips and explanations.

Fun cooking class and many useful tips! - It was a great experience as Lola gave us many cooking tips and how to prepare and cook certain ingredients, the paella we made was way better than the ones you found in the restaurant. I’d recommend this cooking class to anyone who visits Madrid.

Exceptional experience - This experience was exceptional! Learned so much about cooking in general and the history of the dishes we were making. Lola the chef was very organized, and gave us reasons we did things a certain way. All got to participate. I liked that we made both tapas and paella. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting in Madrid. Time and money well spent.
