Awesome private tour - Our guide Sagry was wonderful, very informative, knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this private tour ! Driver was excellent, arrived prior to designated time and offered to drop us anywhere back in Madrid.

Best Day Of Our Week In Spain - Pilar met us exactly on time at our hotel to drive us and Sagry met us at the town square. Sagry greeted us as if we were family. She is loaded with information and explains everything in such a wonderful way. My wife is Christian, I’m Jewish so Sagry took us to both a synagogue and church. Had a great day with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great tour in Toledo 😊👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

A trip worthwhile to remember. - The trip was a wholesome experience which started by being taken to Toledo by an expert driver Pedro. He kept giving an insight of all places of historical importance as we drove from Madrid. On reaching Toledo, we had the expertise of Segrario Guia, to guide us through the walking tour. An experienced guide who took painstaking effort of explaining all important places.

Didn't quite fit the bill - Sagry was our guide and she was great: very personable and engaging. She provided lots of history and gave us time to shop. I highly recommend her. The drawback is that when you factor transportation time into the trip, there really isn't enough time to do Toledo justice. The 5 hours they claim incudes nearly 2 hours of transportation. What you end up paying for is an expensive taxi service. For a tour like this, there should be time incorporated into it for lunch, pee breaks, and shopping, so I would shy away from this one unless you want a brief concentrated tour. The claimed 5 hours is really a bait and switch for a glorified taxi service. Sagry had another tour right after ours so she wows rushed. The driver was rushed and at the end, we had to leave in a hurry because he was going to charge if we stayed longer. So we picked up some to-go sandwiches. To top it off, he didn't allow us to eat or drink in the van even though we never had a formal meal stop. Also, it's now customary for these day tours to have cold water for the guests- it was >100F. They have some work to do to improve this one, especially for the price tag.
