Good tour, but not a lot to do - This is an excellent way to visit Toledo. Our guide, Lydia was excellent & she explained everything in both Spanish & English at most of the monuments. In my opinion, Toledo is too small to spend the whole day (we were there for almost 7 hours). There isn't a lot to do, so I would recommend doing a combined Segovia & Toledo tour.

Wonderful Tour - We recently took a guided tour of Toledo and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment the tour began, it was clear that our guide was not only passionate about the town but also incredibly knowledgeable. Their deep understanding of the local history made every stop feel like a discovery. The town itself is a true gem—rich in history and character. As we wandered through its charming streets, the guide brought the past to life with fascinating stories of its founding, the key events that shaped its growth, and the unique characters who left their mark. The way they tied the town’s history to broader historical events added a layer of depth to the experience that you don’t get from reading a guidebook. What stood out most was how engaging the tour was. The guide's storytelling made the history feel personal, making it easy to imagine life in this historic town centuries ago. I especially appreciated the balance between fun anecdotes and deeper historical context, which kept the tour both entertaining and educational. Whether you’re a history buff or just someone who enjoys a stroll through a picturesque town, I highly recommend this tour. It’s the perfect way to explore Toledo and uncover the fascinating stories that shaped it!

Great introductory tour to Toledo! - Toledo is a beautiful city with much to explore. We walked all over the city and visited many of the top sites. The main cathedral is magnificent (and I've seen most of the major cathedrals in Europe). I wish I had more time in the city though -- there were a couple of smaller museums I would have liked to have seen that I couldn't, so it gives me an excuse to go back. The tour guide was knowledgeable and encouraged us to ask questions. Be prepared for a lot of walking -- it takes six escalators just to get into the city and they take you from one side of the city to the other through narrow medieval streets. Beautiful location and worth the visit.

Not again - I wouldn't do again. Because of Metro construction tour meet point is very confusing No head phones were used so the tour guide competed with other tour groups, general crowd noise, cars and trucks passing by, etc. Without headphones, there was no ongoing commentary as we passed places that may have had interesting side notes.

Not a great experience - Meeting point is not properly defined. The email we received specifys: Meet at Las Ventas Square, Julio Camba Street, outside Las Ventas Metro station. A touristic bus came on Julio Camba Street, close to Nr.13, but the location was too far away from the Metro station. The driver looked at our reservation and said that this is not our bus, different company. Despite the fact that we came half hour earlier, 5 min before departing we, and about 10 more people, did not know where our bus is. At that time a tour guide came to the same bus we were told is not ours, and when we asked we were told that this is our bus. Second, our tour included 7 points of interest. Our tour guide covered just 4 and instructed us to go by ourselves to see the remaining 3. Our bracelets covered the entrance to all 7 points, but usually a tour guide gives a more in depth details. This is the reason we paid extra for a guided tour.

Bad! - We had no experience. We were unable to find the tour. We arrived at the address given at 8:45 for tour leaving at 9:15. There was no one at the address so we walked the plaza where they said meet us at the exit of the metro. There was no one at the exit to the metro. My husband sit in one place I stood in the other, and nobody tried to find us. Nobody called me. Nobody text me. I contacted the tour operator as instructed and was ignored. At 9:45 we gave up and went back to the hotel. I’m going to work very hard to get a refund because I don’t think this is acceptable performance

BAD EXPERIENCE - We can not see everything, the guide explained well, however it was very inconsiderate as it left us in Toledo, the time to return fixed at 5 pm, we delayed 5 minutes as we got lost between the streets, we arrived 5.05 pm and the Bus had already left with belongings that we left there. The agency didn't want to take responsibility for our stuff and I had to figure out how to get it back. Very bad attitude from the agency. They don't know how to treat tourists. I think this is widespread among Spaniards.
