Celia the best guide in Toledo - Great experience! The price is so low but you actually get a lot, first ride with professional driver to Toledo than meet with guide, stop to a panoramic view and a beautiful factory of damasquino (amazing jewlery). Our guide was Celia and she was AMAZING her knowledge is so complete and she gave us all the details about the city, best guide I ever had! 5 stars!!

Highly recommended - We liked the promptness and organization of all the employees, ensuring the timeliness of the trip. Also the guide, Noelia, were key for our enjoyment.

Pleasant trip - We had a very nice time seeing Toledo. The tour included a nice scenic drive around the city as well as a brief walking tour. The only downside was the return bus ride was on a bus with malfunctioning air conditioning.

Worst guided tour ever!!! - It was very easy to book this excursion online and the check-in process was quick and professional. The bus driver was very experienced driving through very tight spots and making sure we got there and back safely.
The disappointing part of this tour was that we were expecting to have a tour guide on the bus. The ride from Madrid to Toledo is an hour long and having a Guide on the bus perhaps explaining or informing us of what to expect or giving us some information about Toledo would’ve been very helpful. Instead, we picked up the guide once we were in Toledo. What’s the Guide got on the bus, we got excited, but it turned out that he was the worst guide we’ve ever had. He didn’t explain anything instead he just pointed things out and gave us their names. (which we could’ve done ourselves by looking at a map.) he just kept asking us to follow him and then he would stop give us a name of a church and then he would continue. It got to the point where it was so bad that we decided just to go out on our own and explore. It’s a good thing we had read up about Toledo the night before so we knew a little bit about its history because we did not learn a thing from this tour.

Toledo is a must see tour if you are in Madrid - The tour was OK, but it is annoying the waste of time of almost one hour when tey take you to a store to buy local items even before getting to Toledo.
the visit to the Cathedral is a no miss!!! but the Synagogue is a waste of time and money

Toledo, architectural treasure - Toledo is full of architectural treasures starting with its great wall. Its cathedral is one of the largest in Europe, it has paintings by El Greco, a gold monstrance and relics of Saint Úrsula. You should also visit the mural “The Burial of the Count of Orgaz” by El Greco, the synagogue and mosque.
It was difficult to listen to the guides' explanation. They didn't have a microphone. The visit to the different monuments was done individually and it was necessary to pay for the entrance fee and the audio guide. That seemed impractical to me. Although the city is small, a few hours are not enough to explore it without a guide.
There was a meeting point for the return to Madrid, outside the walls.
I would have liked to have had the option of a guide to accompany us and explain all the important monuments.

Tour Guides have limited knowledge - The information of Toledo was very poor. Example this area here has a great view. Let’s move on. No in depth information of how the the religion coexisted. Gave very vague information. I will not purchase the tour through this company again.

A very unhappy customer - The first thing when we do the reservation they told me to look for a red bus and the bus was no red. We get to Toledo and after the tours was over we take the wrong way back trying to be at the bus 15 minutes before and we get lost . No only they don’t wait for us nobody call or text me to find out if we’re okay. I will never use your company for any tour I think you are very irresponsible.

NOT RECOMMENDED (BETTER TO GO BY TRAIN ONLY) - Very bad management, the tour starts in a pessimistic way taking you to a shop that is clearly a turist trap, with inflated prices and which is mandatory to enter, making you lose 1 hour of the tour time to arrive.
Then you get to toledo, where they don't give the complete information and one must be asking the times and locations.
The tour is twice as long as it is mixed English and Spanish, so you should listen to the bad explanations in both languages, wasting even more time and leaving a free time that does not even reach to eat.
In short, I lost a day of my vacation buying this tour.

Worst day tour ever with irresponsible guides! - My sister and I booked your Toledo and Segovia tour for today (18 June 2024) through our hotel - Hotel Regente and we have had the worst experience ever!!
It started in Toledo with the guide not informing us not to leave our belongings in the bus as we will be using a different bus for the return. She also called out a few names including mine and continues talking Spanish without English translation.
When I realised about the different bus for the return, I quickly traced my steps back and to find that the bus had already left. When I approached the guide, she was most unhelpful and kept repeating “I don’t know”.
I tried talking to Anthony our English speaking guide but he was more concerned about supporting his colleague and justifying that it’s not easy to switch between languages!! The tour in Toledo with the cathedral tour left us with very little time for lunch as we needed 30 mins to find our way back to the bus pickup point.
Our next incident was in Segovia where we had a different guide and we are unable to recover from the shock that the guide was extremely irresponsible, did not do a headcount to ensure everyone from the bus was with her and left a few of us stranded!!
In the bus from Madrid to Segovia, she said we will have 30 mins for coffee and toilet break but on arrival in Segovia, she tells us that we only have 10 mins. We very quickly rushed to find a toilet and imagine our horror when we went back to the location where the tour guide was last seen , which is in front of the aquaduct, seems to have disappeared!!!
We walked around a bit trying to look for her and could not find her nor find the others from the bus!
We eventually found a family of 3 who also realised that the guide had completely forgotten about us.
We just waited for 1.5 hrs at the very location for fear of missing the guide and the bus back to Madrid as no headcount is ever done and I’m pretty sure she would have left us in Segovia!!
