  • Santa Iglesia Catedral Primada de Toledo - Beyond its concrete historical and artistic value, the Cathedral Church has a value and a theological significance as a reference for the pastoral life of the whole diocese, for priests and for the lay faithful. Very good tour - Toledo is beautiful and the tour was perfect, our only complaint is the audio equipment is bad, weak signal interference sometimes also in front of the guide. Oscar the tour guide was very good. They mix the half day tour with the full day tour the difference is the two hours to visit the cathedral inside and free time. If you need to return like our group to Madrid on time to the 6 hrs just let them now from the beginning and they transfer you back on time. If you don’t have to return, you can stay and enjoy the free time in this beautiful city.

Very good tour. - Marvelous guide but sadly extremely crowded. A visit to the ancient parts by the river etc would be a good addition and leave out the synagogue which has closed off women's areas and quite empty.

Enjoyed the tour - It was an excellent tour with Rafael who is very knowledgeable. It’s a full day tour, you start at 9 am and finish after 5 pm. The tour is in both English and Spanish, which I find distracting. I would recommend to have it in one language only for better rapport building.

I would recommend taking a private tour for the best experience. - The city, history, churches, and sights were all worth the experience. However, I would recommend a private tour or small group tour (no larger than 6) instead of the larger bilingual bus tour to better enjoy the sights. The tour guide was not equipped with the proper quite boxes earplugs for those who are hearing impaired. When we inquired, we got the “Too Bad, So Sad” look from the guide along with a sorry. Although she provided information in Spanish, and flipped into English and back to Spanish I couldn’t tell the difference between the two. So, if you do take this tour be sure to read a history book about the city before going. It also felt that 30-50% of the time was spent organizing and managing the group. Finally, I would not recommend visiting on a weekend. Although we enjoyed what we saw we left the city feeling we missed so much.

I do not recommend - The tour was quite late and there was no time compensation at the end. The guide Rafael was not so attentive when we had a physical problem with one of the family members. Very rushed to finish the route. There's no time left to enjoy the city. I believe that reading about the history of Toledo and going on your own would be more beneficial. Toledo is a charming city and a busy tour is not worth it.
