- The tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour
- Tuk-tuks are booked privately, and the price is set based on the number of tuk-tuks needed for the group, with the legal maximum being 4 passengers per tuk-tuk.
- The tuk-tuks do not have a trunk, so you cannot take child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, pets and companion animals are not allowed.
- The tours take place in rain or heat, and can only be canceled under extreme conditions.
- The tours are designed to follow the indicated route and make a series of pre-established stops, depending on the duration of the selected tour, to take photos. On the 60-minute tour, a stop is made at the Arab Wall. On the 120-minute tour, a stop is made at the Arab Wall and the Temple of Debod, while on the 180- and 240-minute tours, stops are also made at the Plaza de Toros de las Ventas and the Santiago Bernabeu.
- Tours cannot be modified, nor can photo stops. These stops will be made at pre-established locations.
- The vehicles are suitable for seniors, and our drivers will assist you in getting on if necessary.

Fun trip around Madrid! - A great way to become familiar with the city! Our guide, Sandra was so fun and gave the best history lessons! My husband and I loved the 2 hour tour and would recommend to anyone visiting Madrid for the first time! And the rollercoaster was the best part :)

A Tuk tuk tour up close & personal of Madro - This so much better than the city bus tour. We stopped at the Basilica on Thursday which is free, the Rose Garden and the Egyptian Temple. Caesar, our guide driver was excellent.

Excellent experience with Ceasar - Our tour was fantastic! Our guide Caesar was excellent. He shared much rich history of Madrid and Spain. He made excellent recommendations for stops and allowed us to look around the grounds. We stopped at the Palace/Cathedral, the rose garden, ancient temple and city view. All key landmarks in Madrid were covered. Our tour ended out his recommendation for a very nice lunch where we had a delightful Spanish Rice dish. He dropped us off at the restaurant and I was happy to give him a generous tip. Thank you Cesar!

Excellent tour and guide. - The Eco Tuk Tuk Welcome Tour was brilliant! It gave us a really good overview of many of Madrid's main attractions. Enrique, our guide, was excellent, a Uni graduate with a degree in English, his language was perfect and knowledge of Madrid was comprehensive. A great tour and great value.

Tuk tuk beats HOHO and walking tours, our new go to! - We did a 1 hour private tuk tuk tour on our first day in Madrid. It was a great way to get our bearings and a sense of the old part of the city. Melanie, our guide, was well-informed, engaging, and spoke great English. The sound system in the tuk tuk was good - we could hear her well through a speaker near us and she could hear our questions and comments. She handled the tuk tuk very capably in traffic. Communication via text was easy prior to our tour. I would recommend this company.
Tuk tuks are superior to hop on hop off bus tours because they are small enough to travel right into the old town areas which are typically where you want to be. Walking tours are great but if you’re feeling a little lazy, tuk tuks are a great alternative!

Great Introto Madrid - Ivan did a fabulous job. His English was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable about the various sites and he was personable. He had nice stories and had blankets when it got cooler in the evening. Great introduction to Madrid

One hour tour - We had a one hour tour around Madrid and we loved it,our tour guide Carlos was amazing,he gave us a lot of interesting information and also recommendations and tips for Madrid. We really recommend to go there on the first day of your arrival and I would definitely suggest to go for two hours tour,so you can see and explore more. Also, the big plus that they allow you to enjoy tuk tuk just for your reservation amount of people,we were alone and it felt so nice like we have a personal guide! Very cool experience, highly recommend to do it!

GREAT! So much fun - Great dialog. Very knowledgeable of Madrid history. We split into 2 groups and were able to keep up with each other- sharing the experience. HIGHLY recommend Salvador and Carlos (3!)
