I booked transport from... - I booked transport from the airport to our Airbnb. The driver was to be in the arrival area holding a sign with my name. No one was there. After an exchange of phone calls I was told they were having a problem with their vehicle and told to take a cab. After we reached our Airbnb I received I a text asking for our location and saying "will take you what you spend in the transfer and some presents." This never arrived but in a subsequent phone call he said that they would transport us without charge from our hotel back to the airport when we were leaving. I asked if instead they could take us from the train station to our accommodation near the airport when we returned to Madrid two weeks later. He said yes. When I texted to confirm this the day before our return I was told it would cost 55 euro. I replied that I thought it was without charge to compensate us for what had happened when we arrived. He responded that it was only free to go to the airport. As our accommodation was a short walk from the airport we decided to go to the airport. When I told the driver we wanted to go to the airport he seemed surprised and showed me the address he had been given--our accommodation. I assumed, foolishly, that they had changed their mind and he took us to our accommodation. I assumed it would be without charge but upon arrival the driver requested payment. With my mediocre Spanish I told him there should be no charge. He texted with his management and they demanded that we pay 55 euro. I decided to stop arguing. The driver insisted on payment in cash not credit card which was fine except when I gave him 60 euro he couldn't come up with 5 euro to make change so I paid and extra 5 euro. In the final text I was offered a "free ride whenever you or your family comes back to Spain" Given my experience I am afraid that likely mean I will pay twice for one ride. This all could have been avoided if they had simply given us a refund for the service they couldn't carry out upon our arrival at the Madrid airport. In fact, they could still give us a refund.

Bait and Switch - We booked the Madrid Airport to City Center: 1-Way Premium Private Transfer to get to our hotel in Madrid. The good: the driver was nice and we were taken to the hotel. The cons: 1. The wording “Premium Private Transfer” is a misnomer. There was nothing “premium “ about the car or the service. The driver didn’t speak English and we had to keep tracking down folks at the airport to communicate with him as kept calling us because he was lost and at the incorrect terminal and approximately 20 minutes away. 2. The car was a Renault hatchback that barely fit our two pieces of luggage. There was no premium car in sight. This service was definitely a bait and switch; what was written was not was delivered.

Disappointing ride from Madrid airport to hotel - Unfortunately the driver arrived around one hour+ later because of car mechanical issues as he mentioned. Then he said another driver will pick us up and had to wait a little longer. The new driver arrived but the car was below standard of what I have used before with Viator, not acceptable. Both drivers were nice and courteous but it look like the first driver was overbooked on rides and called colleague. So sorry to arrive after an 8 hours flight and encounter this poor service.

Lousy. - That the driver stood me up, I wasn't at the exit of the airport lounge, there were drivers from many companies except the one that was supposed to wait for me

Taxi Service - The driver was 20-30 minutes late. We were not picked up in the type of vehicle that was expected according to your description. The vehicle in the description was a Mercedes E-class taxi. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the service provided and am requesting a full refund. Your prompt attention will be greatly appreciated.

Awful, awful. Awful - Awful experience. Our plane landed early and we were in touch with the driver as soon as we landed. There was a long line at immigration which we told the driver about. The driver ended up leaving at the 60 minutes mark despite us just being through immigration
