Cool and fun 👍🏻 - Visited with my girl friend. Places like this is often a "tourist trap". But this place had done a really good job with some very good rides. And the guides are fantastic, creating a good atmosphere and experience. We loved it 😎👍🏻

Wired in Samui - What a great experience, from an easy pickup from our Air BnB we were whisked into the central part of Koh Samui in great time. The staff are so helpful and very very entertaining through out the entire experience, some of the lines are huge and offer amazing views if you are brave enough to just sit back and chill. Although there is no safety briefing etc at the start (i found this quite refreshing to be honest) we felt very Safe and in good hands at all times. There is a high level of attention to detail even getting people to wear hairnets and thin rubber gloves under the protective gloves to encourage good hygiene etc, the scenery is breathtaking and the cafe itself is beautiful. We unfortunately did not get a chance to see the waterfall as it was to dry. The trip is not long, and the only small gripe I would have is that you get very limited time after the wires to relax and enjoy the surrounding area (20 min max), you do get a complimentary drink at the end (I believe the coffee is grown locally!) loads of choice and beers etc are avail at normal Thai prices. Pro tip..Wear Trainers, there is a little walk up a hill at the last line that is not suitable for flip flops really. The staff videoed us as we rode and shared the pictures and videos for free afterwards, I cannot stress how funny these guys are, they make the difference. All in all a truly brilliant trip and one that I would be happy to repeat.

Location top, zippline overpriced. - The coffee has a great location and is nicely constructed. The path to the waterfall runs through the forest with a view of the sea and is definitely worth a photo. However, the zippline is too expensive, so we didn't try it.

Fun morning activity in the mountains of Koh Samui - It took about 45 min effectively, you will be neatly picked up and brought home. All in all 2 hours of activity. The zipline was very nice enough challenge and speed. The guidance was top and staff in general very friendly and professional.

Customer Service and Health and Safety disappointing - We were picked up on time by someone who was busy blabbing on his phone to talk to us. It was raining and windy and we are in a ute with wind and rain coming at us. We managed to get the cover down. The road up was very steep and the vehicle wasn’t in four wheel drive so traction seemed to be an issue as we ascended. We arrive, the person directing us barely acknowledged us as she was also busy on her phone. We get up to the right place. No safety briefing, twine holding the way too big gloves on and helmet was not secure as I found out once on the line. The actual zip line was fine but moving through you have to be careful as the steps are not evenly placed and some of the walk way was muddy. On our first zip line down the young guy shook the line. He didn’t check in or ask. This didn’t make me feel very trusting. The guys on the whole were fine and took videos and photos. The end of some of the lines had wooden blocks at the end to slow you. It would have been better to have used tyres as it was very jarring. The cafe was good but only serves drinks and ice cream. The space is great with views etc over the mountains and also some bridges to walk over. There were quite a few people smoking which is fine but better if they were designated areas. We were supposed to have twenty minutes afterwards at the cafe but it was more like an hour and the same person who didn’t acknowledge us had to be asked more than once where our ride was.
