Experience - Top experience. But it should be added that this tour is not suitable for beginners. Guides were very friendly and helpful

Great day out worth the money and experience - We were picked up from our destination on time ,it was really raining and the guid have us all ponchos to put on . The quads were really powerful and the tracks were fun to ride . Because of the rain we had lots of water and rivers to cross ,this only made it more fun .

Great Quad Ride - Great experience. Did the 2 hour tour. Only stopped once half way through to get something the drink. The rest of the time was fun filled riding over some great trails.

Great - Great experience! I will certainly do it again. The view during the break in the jungle was wonderful. You must have done it!

Unforgettably GOOD! - This tour was fabulous! The duration of 2h is perfect. The whole team that accompanies you is very friendly and humorous. They provided assistance if anyone needed help with the route. All in all - it was the -most action-packed experience on Ko Samui! Absolute recommendation.

To do absolutely!! - Great! A little physical but a total change of scenery! Predict that your feet will get wet. They're super nice!

Ab fab tour and service - This was a fabulous tour, completely engaged ever sense possible, rode through the jungles, went through rivers, and visited the jungle tree house and rested for coffee, 100% best activity I've done for years....

Family Review - would recommend. - Unfortunately we were late for the pickup as I didn't notice in the fineprint that pickup was 30minutes before start time. This is the first tour we have booked via Tripadvisor where we haven't been contacted directly by the Operator to notify time of pickup so I incorrectly assumed it was 10:30am as per the start time advertised. Luckily they waited for us (sorry!!) although it was pretty obvious they were disgusted with us and we felt really bad. That aside, the actual quad biking was fun. The drive from Cheweng beach was about 20 minutes or so. The driver guides (2 no.) were friendly. Helmets provided. Recommend wearing a cap as well. Myself and my husband each had a daughter on the back (10 years and 12 years). The bikes were not new but that didn't matter. The route was mainly offroad which was fun. The only drawback of the route is we went through what looked to be Samui rubbish tip. Other than that, scenery was amazing (lift your feet when you go through the water) and the halfway point at the treetop ziplining was a great view. Stopped for a drink (20 minutes) and chilled which was good. On the way back we were separated from the other people in our group who were a bit slower than us and we sped back some hairier tracks :) All in all - 2 hour quad biking at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

boyfriends breaks failed and crashed as a result of it - if this is your thing and you enjoy extreme sports and are experienced on intense off road ATV riding this may be for you. as something which is advertised as suitable for “all levels” it really needs to be advertised differently as it is far from that. safety briefing only included basic controls (how to start and stop that was it) not how to handle an ATV on rough inclined terrain. no instructors checked if you had any questions or checked you were fine by doing a practice run around the start point. all 3 drivers in our group had ridden quads on tours in different countries so we weren’t new to handling a quad but completely new to it on terrain like this. at first it looks like it could be enjoyable but our group began to get skeptical as we began to go up/down drops which were near enough vertical with no guidance on how to navigate them. my boyfriends quad began to malfunction going up the first couple of hills and he tried to tell the instructors multiple times that it kept tripping and going off up these incredibly steep inclines. the staff brushed it off and told him it was fine even though he was skeptical about continuing with a faulty quad (even though they couldn’t fix it for around 5 mins). we carried on for another 10 minutes until my boyfriends breaks malfunctioned on a incredibly steep downwards hill resulting in him ploughing into the side of the track so he wouldn’t go into the group in front of him. this resulted in the ATV falling on top of him, him smashing his head on the rocky floor and cutting his elbow open. he was under there for a couple of minutes and was struggling to breathe from the weight of the vehicle on top of him. once he got back on the track his breaks went again, he told us what had happened and our group bailed out as we deemed it as not safe at all. we are not people who easily back out of things but this was too much for us and the fact we couldn’t trust the equipment provided didn’t help too. my quads steering at times felt rough and kept veering to the sides and my breaks wasn’t the best too. i was clinging on for dear life at some points and not taking in any views or anything due to the insane amount of concentration i was putting into not coming off it and also keeping up with the instructor who was driving like a maniac. i would not be leaving this poor review if it wasn’t down to the ATV malfunctioning causing my boyfriends injuries, he was not acting stupid on the course and was being cautious. he had to take it off the track to avoid even further injuries and it could’ve ended way worse if he didn’t make that choice. didn’t expect to go on this and come back genuinely feeling like our lives were at risk. be wary booking this as my boyfriend didn’t cause this it was the lack of care by staff issuing these vehicles to people when they know they aren’t safe. god knows how many people have had previous injuries at this place. i know safety regulations in thailand aren’t the best but this place is a disaster waiting to happen.

Never again. - Worst experience ever! Had seen video on YouTube where the trip looked ok easy. But I have never in my life experienced anything so harsh and terrible terrain. I also ended up being thrown by the ATV and it ended up on the roof. Totally unacceptable not to warn of harsh terrain!
