Once you arrive at the Phoenix Adventure Park, you’ll be given a safety briefing on the treetop activities as well as the equipment you’ll be using - how to handle the ropes, the harness and what to do in case of emergency. From there you’ll be treated to 1 hour of any of the 2 zipline adventure packages you chose depending on your preference! You’ll even get to learn about rainforest and rainforest preservation. • In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.
• Available for adults and children between 6 – 65 years old and the age of 6-12 years old under parents or adults’ close supervision.
• The trip is not recommended for a person with more than 120 kgs. , pregnant women, a child under 6 year old and people with surgical history less than 6 months or with hypertension, asthma, infectious diseases, diabetes, epilepsy, and any mental health condition
