• Barede Hill - Witness the stunning sunrise from Barede/Puthuk Setumbu Hill, located near the Borobudur temple. Here, you can watch the sun rise from behind the Merapi Volcano and catch a glimpse of the Borobudur temple’s stupa. As the sun ascends, you’ll be treated to a breathtaking view of lush green forests and rice fields. This spot is perfect for capturing memorable sunrise moments.
• Merapi Volcano - Opt for a private tour, and after visiting Borobudur, our driver will take you on a scenic drive around Merapi Volcano en route to Prambanan Temple. You’ll see the eruption and lava paths on the volcano’s west side, the rice terraces to the north, and the cityscape to the east. Feel free to ask the driver to stop for photos or to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
• Borobudur Temple - On this Borobudur Tour, we visit Borobudur Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a 9th-century Buddhist temple. Marvel at the grandeur of the world’s largest temple, adorned with intricate reliefs that narrate ancient stories. You can either climb to the temple’s 9th level with a guide who will explain its history or admire it from the ground. Note that climbing the temple requires a different ticket and is limited to 1,200 visitors per day.
• Prambanan Temples - This Prambanan Tour takes you to Prambanan Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site and a Hindu temple complex featuring three main temples dedicated to the Hindu gods Shiva, Brahma, and Vishnu, along with several smaller temples. Explore the magnificent structures and ancient reliefs that tell historical tales. You can enter the temples to see large statues of Hindu deities and, if desired, hire a guide for an additional fee to learn about the temple’s history and the stories depicted on its walls. Additionally, you can visit the nearby Sewu Temple, a small Buddhist temple located within the same complex.
• Nglinggo Tea Plantation - Nestled in the Menoreh Hills of Central Java, Indonesia, Nglinggo Tea Plantation is a picturesque destination for those interested in the beauty of tea fields and the process of tea production. ● Our tour offers a variety of options, including Shared and Private Tours. Please select your option carefully by reviewing the descriptions, as the tour will be conducted based on your choice.
● For Group Tours, we provide a sunrise experience at Barede Hill. However, for Private Tours, you can choose to see the sunrise at Barede Hill, the Volcano, or the Tea Farm. The Tea Farm is a place that offers relaxation. To view the sunrise at Merapi Volcano, a jeep is required to reach the sunrise point.
● IMPORTANT: You will receive several video recordings about Borobudur and other attractions, valued at USD 25, available for free download. Please note, these are not live recordings during the tour.
● On the Borobudur Tour, there are two ticket options: Temple Ground and Climb Structure tickets. The Climb Structure tickets are limited to 1,200 per day.
● For the Volcano Day Tour, our driver will take you around the volcano, where you will learn about agricultural plantations.
● The highlight of the Prambanan Temple tour is enjoying the descending sunset after exploring all the temples.
