Great Wine Experience - Great experience at Penfolds. We did the tour and added an additional tasting as we had plenty of time to relax there as we waited for a late night flight. Our tour guide was Ivan and he was very knowledgable and friendly. It was a pleasure to discuss the wine with him and learn more about the history of Penfolds and their winemaking processes. We also enjoyed some small plates for lunch at the restaurant. The wines are exceptional and all of the staff we interacted with were professional and helpful.

I need to spend the entire day here. - You get what you pay for and it is worth it. We had a small group of four people who joined Will, our guide. We had an unexpected visit to the original home of the Penfolds and a tour of certain parts of the winery. Understanding this is not where most of the wine is made, it was still worth hearing the history and having a more intimate discussion among ourselves. The four people on the tour enjoy wine and understand wine; this made the tour even more special. Our tasting included six different types of Penfolds wine, including the Grange. We didn't talk about berries, tobacco, fruitiness, etc. Instead, we talked about the wines themselves and how they came about as a Penfolds wine. We stayed for lunch and shared a bottle of Bin 389. A lovely day, good company, and a great tour guide.

An unforgettable experience - **Exploring the wines of Penfolds: An unforgettable experience**
The tasting of Penfolds wines was simply magnificent. Every moment spent in this prestigious field has been a true celebration of the senses. The wines presented reflect the excellence and know-how for which wine-growing Australia is renowned.
The tastings were not only refined, but also reflective of the passion and dedication that drives the Penfolds team. Each sip transported us through the Australian terroirs, highlighting the richness and diversity of grape varieties grown. The quality of the wines is undeniable, and each bottle tells a unique story.
I would like to thank the entire Penfolds team for their warm welcome and professionalism. Their enthusiasm and expertise made this experience even more valuable. These magical moments will remain etched in my memory and reinforce my admiration for Australian wines.
Thank you again for this wonderful moment shared around exceptional wines. I look forward to introducing Penfolds to other wine lovers.

Tasting perfection - The wine was great and the stories behind them were memorable. Our tour was also very interesting to see some of the original equipment and bottles from the 1950’s.

Worth a visit - Fabulous visit, tour and tasting at this iconic vineyard. The ultimate tasting which was 6 top wines also includes a taste of many of the top wines - The Grange, RWT and The Yattarna Chardonnay to name a few. Our guide was Ivan who was incredibly helpful and informative in this fantastic cellar door and vineyard tour. The cellar door is very spacious and merges the old history of the Penfolds site with the very modern cellar door.

A fabulous and informative tour with tastings of 8 wines. - This is fabulous tour and tasting experience. The tour by Ivan was hugely informative and took us through the original old workings of the circa 1844 estate, complete with a visit to Dr Penfold’s original house and office and the original stone buildings and cellars. Marvel at the Grange Hermitage cellar and feast your eyes at 1950s wines. The tasting includes 8 different wines varying from $40 to $135 per bottle. Very good value for money. Without doubt the best value for money tasting I’ve ever had.

Non ultimate experience - Booked this "Ultimate experience" with expectation to have the fine wine tasting including world reknown Grange in a beautiful, calm settings as per homepage. It turned out, not. Tour in the winery was informative, yet in a quite rush, A true disssapointment was when we were sat at a corner of an open loud lounge for $150 worth wine tasting. Just a small coffee table was prepared on which they jammed glasses and price lists. It was not possible to examine the colour of the wine as the table was black and sun reflection from the window behind was too strong. Explanation and walk-through of wine was one-sided. the guide walked away soon after he poured us wine. May be the reason that they were occupied with VIP or private function guests in private tasting rooms, but we did not feel our experience was worth the price.
