The BEST TIME EVER! - This was one of the best excursions ever! Very personal, informative, and safe. Celina was such a great tour guide and very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed our time with her as she walked us through the history of Mahahual and Bacalar Lagoon. The lagoon was truly breathtaking and full of natural beauty. Celina provided drinks, snacks, and, of course, Tequila for our adventure. We stopped to eat some delicious empanadas, and the tacos provided for lunch were absolutely delicious. It truly was a pleasure meeting Celina and our driver Eric for this excursion. It is definitely a must do if you ever stop there with your cruise. The formality, kindness, and humility shown were spectacular, and the day was spent full of laughs and good vibes. Recommend 10/10

Great company - Bacalar the seven color lagoon was lovely and great swimming in fresh, clear water. Teens enjoyed it. We took a boat tour around the lagoon and saw cenotes but you can’t swim in them. We swam in a crystal clear shallow area. Stop for a fresh pineapple on the way in. Lunch was at tacos locos and it was great. Try the spicy salsa! Awesome private tour with clean and safe car and boat. Great guide as well. Highly recommend.

Paradise - Wonderful place. With the same crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean but without masses. Very good prices, without the excesses of Cancun. For me it's a paradise

HEAVEN IN MEXICO - FAMILY - COUPLES - GROUPS One of my absolute favorite hidden gems, based on dozens of trips, cruises, and excursions. To clarify, I’ve experienced this exact excursion 4 times. We’ve gone Summer, Fall, and Winter (twice). My husband and I have gone alone, and with our children (9 yr old girl and 18 yr old young man). EVERYONE loved and enjoyed it thoroughly! The trip to and from the cruise port is about an hour and a half. However, transportation accommodations are far nicer than the majority. It’s a clean, well appointed, and surprisingly comfortable coach. There is a restroom and plenty of storage & extra seating available. Bacalar Lagoon, in a word, is magical. It’s just the most idyllic freshwater paradise! The places they take you to dip & enjoy the majestic waters vary in depth, but there’s a perfect, just above the waist soak spot for everyone, including kiddos! Your feet will LOVE the pristine white sands below the transparent surface of the turquoise blue, crystal clean water! The captains on every experience have been outstanding, and really do make every effort to guarantee you have a great experience! One hundred percent recommend!

The Lagoon was AMAZING!! Highly recommend! - This excursion blew my expectations out of the water! It was worth every penny. It’s one of those places that you have to see to believe. I was skeptical that the pictures would match reality, but it was even better. I don’t know that pictures do the place justice. The water is so pristine and crystal clear. It is GORGEOUS. It’s such a great trip for families too. My 7 and 12 year old had a blast. It definitely surpassed all of our expectations. We were very impressed with our driver and tour guide Tino. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We loved the stories he told on the way and when we were out in the water. I highly recommend this excursion. It is worth every penny!

While a bit of a walk to... - While a bit of a walk to get out of the cruise port to their pick-up point, the rest of the excursion was a wonderful experience. The excursion guide, Celena, was one of the best, most friendly and fun we have ever experienced. The pontoon boat ride, sandbar beach stop and lunch stop were also very nice.

Beautiful lagoon! Great experience! - Great experience! Took a second to get out of the port and find our way to meet up with the company. Once we found them, it was great. Our tour guide, Juan, was super friendly and shared a lot of history and fun information about the area. They provide water and snacks throughout the day. The tour itself was beautiful. Swimming in the lagoon felt amazing. The entire staff, Selina, Juan, and Tino, constantly was making sure we were getting pictures and that we were taken care of. Afterwards, they took us to a local restaurant with amazing food before heading back to the Port. Overall, a great experience. Would recommend!

It’s ok - Lagoon is beautiful but don’t feel it was worth the money we paid compared to other tours. Cannot fault the guides or driver they were great but cost against other tours just didn’t add up compared to other tours we did. Drive is long and you just go into the lagoon water, was a bit underwhelmed if I’m honest
